I have had Erics Window Cleaning for a while. Not only does he pressure clean and clean the windows and roof and patio at my home he also does the windows at my salon. One thing I will say is that he shows up when he says he is going to be there
( which is hard to find) and he is very clean, you never have to worry about cleaning up after him.

As soon as I met Eric I knew he would be the one I would give my business to. First of all he answers he phone immediately, although I would caution him on that when he is on the ladder! He showed up when he said he would... and came in a whole lot less than another company I had called.

I am at work now but he texted me to let me know that he was done and what little he could not get off (I am on the 4th floor) - I had just had impact windows installed.

I have a patio that had quite a bit of mildew built up on the surface making it extremely slippery and dangerous when my daughter and her friends were outside playing. I called Eric to schedule a pressure cleaning. They came out as promised on the scheduled day and when I got home from work that day I had a brand new, freshly cleaned patio with no more mildew. WOW, my windows have never been so clean. I have 2 dogs so there were many "nose prints" on the sliding glass doors. Everything is so clean. It looks like there are no windows or sliding doors as the view is amazing! I chose Eric due to the excellent reviews and I am glad I did. I will now be a regular customer.

I also used their pressure cleaning service to clean the tile in my backyard. The process they used is unlike previous companies I have hired. They started by scrubbing the surface and then pressure cleaning it. My backyard never looked better. I will strongly recommend them for your next cleaning.

Great Company. Eric is very professional. Our home has many windows, and he always cleans even the hardest to reach ones. He power washes our brick pavers too, and gets all the mold and mildew off them perfectly. We have used his services for many years and have always been pleased.
