Eric and his team do amazing work. You don't think your windows are that dirty until they clean the first one and you compare them. When they were done it seriously looked as if all the windows had been removed they were that clear! We all know how hard it is to find reliable professionals in South Florida but the team at Erics Window Cleaning are reliable and do great work.

We have used Eric's window cleaning and pressure washing to clean our patio and roof for a number of years now. Their crew is always on time and does a very thorough and professional job.  The roof always looks brand-new when they are finished and the mildew and weeds are removed from the pavers on our patio when they are done cleaning them.  Consistent and reliable company, would recommend them highly.

I was referred to Eric by a friend. They pressure washed my driveway and front walkway with great results. Recently I referred their window cleaning service to a good friend of mine who was having an event at her house. We scheduled the window cleaning at the same time I was doing work there as well. They showed up on time and got right to work. The windows hadn't been cleaned in over 10 years. After Eric and his crew were finished the windows looked amazing. I originally contacted Erics Window Cleaning to wash the window at my house. They arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the windows inside and out. He did my mirrors too!

I then scheduled another appointment to have my driveway and pool deck power-washed. Again, Eric and his crew arrived on time and did a great job power-cleaning. I am going to use Eric for all my window and pool deck cleaning again each year...he provides a great value for busy people!

Eric was great to deal with - He squeezed me in despite his full schedule and being short of help. He was right on time and did a stellar job in spite of an unexpected rain storm (which did not phase him at all).

I've had Eric and crew out on several occasions to clean hard to reach windows on a property I manage. They've, without exception, been prompt and professional as well as doing an amazing job with the windows. Service is fantastic. Eric and his crew took great care of us on a two story custom built home we were getting ready to stage and sell. Eric and team came to my home this week and did an excellent job! I had the roof, house and pool deck pressure washed then had my windows professionally cleaned for the first time.

The power wash was the best I have ever had while under the watchful eye of Lou who made sure everything was put back in place when completed. My windows look so good I am embarrassed of how bad they actually were and didn't even realize it!
