I can’t say enough great things about Anton and his partner! They cleaned all my windows—including ones with paint on them—and did an absolutely phenomenal job. They worked tirelessly on an extremely hot day and still delivered spotless, crystal-clear results. Their attention to detail was beyond impressive, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. What’s even better? They charged half the price of another estimate I received for the same job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch window cleaning at a fair price!

Luis Ruiz was the tech. He did a fantastic job and is the best window washer I have ever had from Sabrina Window Cleaning Service. He was very polite, courteous and detailed.

The worker I had is the same one as last year and he did a good job! On time and polite.I think the price is getting a little too high for me to continue. Each year it continues to go up!

I have been a loyal customer of your company for years and have always appreciated the quality of your work—until this past week, when I experienced extremely disappointing service.

A window technician came to a property we own, inspected the windows, and provided a quote, which we accepted. Due to rain, we mutually agreed to reschedule the work for the following day. However, when a different technician arrived the next day, they refused to honor the original quote and insisted on a price that was higher than originally agreed.

This kind of inconsistency and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially from a company I’ve trusted for years. It felt unprofessional and left us feeling frustrated and misled.

I hope this matter will be looked into seriously and that you will take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again—to us or other long-standing customers.
