I will definitely call and use Louis again. He and his partner did a beautiful job. I will inform people in my building about the great job they did. Unfortunately with all the new buildings going up around us all our windows are getting dirty and it will continue so most people feel it is not worth getting their windows washed since they will be dirty almost instantly.

Squeegee Wizards did an amazing job cleaning my windows! They were punctual, professional, and left everything spotless. Great attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

The technician arrived on time and performed a thorough cleaning.. I have many spiders and small insects around my windows, therefore it needs special attention.

We are totally pleased with the work that was done by Braden. He was not only very professional and efficient but very neat and respectful of us and our home. Our windows look great and we can actually see outside again. He did a phenomenal job and we will be sure to call him back time and time again. WORST CLEANING EVER! Service over the past several years has gotten consistently worse. Many years back service was good and technicians were professional. Now, the ones they continue to send go so fast, do not do a thorough job and certainly don't go above and beyond in any capacity. My screens and tracks had so many bugs left that weren't cleaned and the portion around the windows themselves look filthy after the technicians left. I called immediately to let them know that the service was horrible. We will not be using this company for anything in the future.

I have had many cleaning services over the past 30 years and this is by far the best and they use only organic products..... I highly recommend them!

The service was good the last time I've used them. However they are hard to get in contact with now. No response back not sure if they are taking appointments anymore

They were able to come out for a deep clean on short notice (one business day) and completed eveything as requested. Very responsive, polite, and professional. I recommend them!

My cleaning girl was HORRIBLE. First, she refused to do my bedroom all at one time, whether in the beginning or end I didn't care, but she said she couldn't do that. This is even though I told her I am disabled with a brain herniation, so I have to lay down much of the time & I am in a lot of pain. Nope. Couldn't do it. She kept coming in over the 4 HR period which made the whole appt very distressing for me.

Then, let's talk about LAUNDRY. She was in charge of doing 2 loads while there. You know what she did? Apparently, she cleaned it all & when it was done, she shoved all the clean clothes back in the laundry basket to be folded "at the very end"!!!??? And I mean, she packed them in! Of course I didn't know this til the very end right before she was due to fold them, so I realized what she must have done, took a pic of it, & then confronted her with the inevitable insanely wrinkled clothes. I'm like "why on earth would you Do that!? Look how wrinkled the clothes are, I will have to do these all over again!?" Do you know what she did? She LIED TO ME, straight up, & said that she didn't pack the clothes into the basket & shrugged her shoulders about them being wrinkled!!! I said, um I have a pic of it, I have proof right here! She said "ok, whatever" & walked out the door!

So, don't use these people - especially for laundry. They have hired cleaners who have no idea what they're doing, they lie & they're incredibly rude!

P.S, - in response to the reply that I got several months later - well of course the cleaner is going to lie about it. She lied straight to my face when she was here. But, like I said, I got pictures of it, & they are date & time-stamped so you can see both the cleaned clothes shoved into the laundry basket & crumpled clean clothes in a pile next to the basket, also. I got pictures of the horribly wrinkled clothes afterwards, as well. I have no reason on this earth to lie about this, but she does & did. Additionally, to say that having unwrinkled clothes is some kind of special preference is ridiculous & just shows that you don't take this seriously. This would be "everyone's preference"; anyone who would likes to wear clothes that aren't horribly wrinkled. I'm not talking a couple of wrinkles on a shirt or 2, I'm talking every article of clothing was completely unwearable & had to be done all over again.

We did discuss this over the phone afterward & you did nothing but say you'd talk to her. So, I have no reason to call Natganic again. I give cleaning companies 1 chance. I don't have the time or energy to deal with incompetence - twice, so I don't need 30% off another terrible cleaning.

Frankly, it sounds like this girl is still employed by your company, & your response is the type of response people get when a company doesn't actually want to admit to any wrongdoing, take any responsibility for it, or hear that they've hired an incompetent liar with an attitude, to-boot. So, no thank you. Being the CFO & co-founder of numerous companies, I'd absolutely want to know these things if it were my employee & I would take real action, at the time, rather than cowardly & unprofessionally blaming the customer many months after the fact. Yet, some, usually inexperienced, business owners deal with these things better by blame-shifting & putting their head in the sand. The only thing that can help with that would be intelligence, experience & wisdom... I do wish you good luck with that

Called the company to clean inside and outside all cabinets and drawers of kitchen and bathroom, and closets. Job well done and they did a little extra ! Very easy to communicate with - right from the beginning, keeps you up to date just before the appointment to tell you the time they arrive. Will call them again for any other job I may need. Easy method of payment with invoice.

Aileen was very thorough and mindful with her care of the home. Management also communicates very well and scheduling was easy.
