Update after a year and a half: I have had no problems with my unit; however just recently there was some confusion on programming the thermostat with my tenants. Basically something happened and the unit stopped working. Jay and the rest of the GMC team troubleshot the unit for a few hours and finally determined that it was user error. I mention this for one one reason. I could have been charged a lot of money for the time that it took for this but because GMC is such a great company they charged me ZERO dollars. I couldn’t be happier and I’m telling you if you want a company that will stand by you years after the sale GMC is the clear choice!

I want to start this review by saying thank you to GMC, Jay, and Omar!!!! Jay came to our house and went over all the options. I ended up going with the York Afinity 20 seer and let me tell you this machine is amazing!!! Jay helped with the pricing and he was with us the entire process! If I had to describe GMC in three words it would be “Above and Beyond”! I never write reviews but with this experience I have an obligation to help other home owners make the right decision with such a large purchase. Oh yeah in just 2 short weeks my electric bill went down $50.00. I can’t wait to see what the savings will be for the whole month. The technicians are also great. They did extra services that I believe another company would not have done but these guys again went above and beyond. If you are in the fence with which company to go with please rest assured and go with GMC you will not regret it. My house is much cooler and more comfortable.

Matt was Great! My wife notified me that the AC wasn't working around 4:50 p.m. Around 545 pm Matt had already arrived at my house with a smile on his face. I've been using GMC exclusively for almost 10 years now. While every experience I've had with GMC has been great... this was by far the best Matt's attitude towards his profession was outstanding. The fact that it was the end of the day his attitude and behavior was that a someone who was on their first appointment of the day. My wife was home alone with my daughter and he couldn't have handled himself more professionally. When I arrived around 6:15 he was almost finished. My AC is now working better than ever. Kimar showed up on time for our routine maintenance appointment and was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to perform his tasks but also to explain what he was doing and pointed out a wear item that was functioning at a reduced level and gave me the opportunity to have the part replaced during the maintenance call to save money. Additionally he pointed out some other recommended but not necessary services we may want to address during our next scheduled visit.
Dean was great up front to ensure we were aware of our appointment and afterwards following up to ensure there were no issues.
I would highly recommend GMC to anyone looking for a reputable AC company.

The company was good w quick response and problem solution but failed to properly set expectations and lied about pricing . The employee that was sent to my house said nothing needed to be signed and I didn’t have anything due leaving under impression it was covered via warranty. Let me a paper for future maintenance plan options but failed to mention that I would be billed almost a $200 charge a less than 30 minute visit. I emailed company and they could care less and just said that warranty doesn’t cover it. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of verbal honesty and proper pricing relating PRIOR to service being done .

We highly recommend GMC Air Conditioning for their excellent service. We had an issue with our A/C at and work. A technician was at our facility that morning and was able to inspect the unit, diagnose the problem and gave us a quote on the repairs.
He recommended replacing the parts that are absolutely necessary to keep the system running. He repaired the unit and performed the factory recommended maintenance on it. Now, the A/C is running perfectly cold and is well maintained. This family owned and operated business has a wonderful team of professional and efficient technicians. We have great confidence in the service and honesty of GMC Air Conditioning.

GMC Air Conditioning Services just finished installing a new unit in our home. Jordan did the installation and the job was finished in one day!
They responded quickly to our need, and we are 100% satisfied with the finished work. Jordan not only did an excellent job with the removal of the old unit and installation of the new, but he explained everything to us very clearly and simply which we greatly appreciated. He made sure everything was done to perfection, a much better job than the last company we had many years ago! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing to update their AC!!!

The customer service was amazing. From the first phone call to the completed installation. The installation team was wonderful. They were both extremely polite, professional, friendly and easy to work with. We felt very confident and comfortable with all aspects. We would highly recommend this company...they made us feel like family!

GMC is great, I would highly recommend! Skip, the owner, came out to do a free estimate to replace my AC and was friendly, professional, and honest. I previously received estimates from other companies and felt that they were trying to sell me on things I didn’t need. I felt that Skip was honest about what I really needed and was not trying to rip me off. Greg came out to do the work and was very professional and courteous. He did a great job installing the AC and coming back at a later date to install the grills. Also really great customer service from the people in the office. All around a great company!

I called Greentree about a failed switch in my air conditioner. At 3:00 PM, Herbie arrived as scheduled. At 4:15 PM, all fixed. What more could you ask for? Thanks Herbie and Greentree!

Year #3! Greentree Air Conditioning Service just completed servicing the system in my condominium unit. Yohanes was the technician and did a great job. Greentree is great to work with. The arrangement the appointments, update me on arrival times, provided a certificate of insurance that our condominium requires, they are polite, and especially competent. They should be everyone’s go to.

I contacted GreenTree to do a minor repair on my Trane HVAC. Everything was as you would expect from a top tier provider: both days the techs were on time, kept everything clean and organized, provided great level of communication during and after the service was completed.

I called GreenTree Air Conditioning Friday morning and told them my Heater is not working in my new Trane ac unit. They were able to send David to our house the same day even with such short notice. David showed up on time and was very professional. I was very happy to see David because he has been to our house a couple of times for service. He is very polite, professional and he knows what he is doing ! I have complete faith in his abilities and he is a huge asset to this company. David is awesome for taking care of any of our ac needs !

We asked them to quote our unit on new duct work in one of our apartments and were told they are not interested in bidding on this. They refused to give us a quote. This is because we asked them for a quote last year and the other ac company’s quote was lower so we went with them at that time. So now they want nothing to do with us for future business, I mean who turns away potential business? I would not be a good business person if I didn’t get a couple quotes from different companies, blindly taking whatever they say would not be wise.

Yohanes was professional and courteous. Did the job quickly and efficiently. It’s what I expect from the Techs at GreenTree and was not disappointed.

I couldn’t be more impressed! I will never look for the latest deal or sale over watching and learning how duct cleaning should be done, like it was today! These guys did such an amazing job that I will sleep soundly going forward knowing that our health and allergy management is paramount. Had a great experience with GreenTree with a Trane AC replacement. Communication and follow up were excellent. They cleaned up the work site afterwards and did a nice, clean install. Im very pleased with them and have no reservations recommending them.

From beginning to finish, my experience with GreenTree air conditioning was a pleasure! Mike Kamer came out to draw up the plans, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all of my questions and made himself available to answer any additional ones I might have. Gus and Leighton took apart my entire unit and cleaned it and put it back together. They stayed until 830 at night to make sure they got the job done right! The crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They did an amazing job removing the old ductwork and replacing it. My house was spotless after they left, and the quality of their work was exceptional. I cannot say enough about my experience with GreenTree. I will be recommending them to all of my friends!

Everything about this company was first class. They even took pictures of the repair. And had a follow up phone call the next day to make sure everything was fine with me.

I've been using Greentree AC services for three years now, and I give them an A+ on urgency, care and quality of service. I have two Trane AC units in my house, which other companies told me were pretty complicated, and I appreciate the time Greentree takes in doing everything they can to ensure my AC is up and running. I really appreciate the owner's involvement when necessary, and his technician's professionalism. Kevin and the rest of the team have been great.
