I needed to replace my hot water heater as well as some repairs done on the waterline to the turn off valve to the house. Sean and Daniel, we’re outstanding. They let me know everything they were doing, why they were doing it and kept me abreast of the cost. They left the job site clean and were attentive to the fact I had indoor cats. I can’t recommend this company enough. Really appreciate how professional and polite they were and the time they took in doing the job the right way. If you’re looking for a Plumber I would definitely recommend this Company.

I can't recommend Elite Plumbing Team enough! They truly saved my home from disaster after my sewer line got ridiculously backed up. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly assessed the situation, explained everything clearly, and wasted no time in getting to work.

Not only did they fix the issue, but they also went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were outstanding. Daniel is very efficient. He shows up when you call. He is friendly. Elite charges $100 more over prices of their competitors. I did not like that they work with DC Restoration Company. If the plumber feels like the home smells musty, they say that you have mold which is a false assumption. The water specialist that I foolishly allowed in my home was way too pushy - jumping all over my place that has been unoccupied for months. He was taking too many pictures and wanted my home insurance policy. He went as far as to say that he was going to go to my neighbor to let her know that my water heater was leaking. Neither the plumber or the water specialist knows if water even went in the wall. The water heater is in a drain pan. The water that leaked was about 4 tablespoons. I just wanted to stop further leaks by draining the water heater until I replaced it. The thermal machine clearly showed a pipe line in the wall that is used to catch any overflow from the drain pan. The water specialist kept wanting to push his narrative. $$$$$. I recommend Daniel but I would not recommend them coming to your home with any water specialist.

We recently had a very lovely interaction with Ariel Hersh. He arrived on a Sunday afternoon after being stuck in terrible traffic to give us an estimate on a tough plumbing problem. It was a big job! Ultimately, we wound up waiting an extra day for a plumber from the company with which we have a service contract. However, we can't say enough for Ariel's professionalism, excellent communication and refusal to accept a payment for his time and expertise. A strong leader and a true gentleman!

I really appreciated the attentiveness of Maria and the help that I received from Lucas they were kind and understanding, a rarity these days. Says more to me than anything else thank you!

Not all heros wear capes! Gabriel was definitely the hero of my day possibly my year. The service was more than professional, as much as it was a dirty job he made sure to keep the area clean and dry, he was super knowledgeable, he gave me a quick improp class on maintaining and achieving a more efficient plumbing system which wasn't forced on me as I asked and he was very receptive about my questions and me wanting to know what's going on. Pulled up in a proper work vehicle, had all the equipment needed, although that 100ft snake that rolls up into itself it would have made the job a lot easier for him as I saw how the other one was kinda all over the place and he had to do extra to control it! I like this company as it's very organized and got some of the best people on their team perfect example is Gabriel who definitely left some good energy here when he was done, even went the extra mile and stuck a camera in the pipes so we were able to see what was going on.

The guys make you think they are on the up & up but overcharge. They took hours to go get a toilet they say was from their shop. Charged me almost $300 for a small value inside & that was after a discount. Quoted $400 for one outside I refused. Paid $900+ for this job. I wS so relieved the job was done I gave a good review. Toilet now moves from side to side if you’re not careful. They said they’d send someone back but never did. Avoid this company.

On a Friday evening at 6:30 p.m., I arrived home to find a burst water pipe spraying water into the air. I called Elite Plumbing Team. They would not give me a price estimate but indicated it would be a $200 service call, which would be applied to the cost of the repair. I agreed. They arrived approximately 7:25 p.m. The job estimate was $1,850. The choice was to pay it or pay the $200 service fee and let water continue to spray into the air. After 15 minutes of negotiation, they dropped the cost to $1,650, and I agreed, as there was not an alternative. The tech dug into the ground, maybe 18 inches, twisted off the corroded pipe, installed a new pipe and hose bib, replaced the dirt, cleaned up, got paid, and left with the $1,650. This amounts to $800 per hour. This is way more than being paid a fair amount for parts and labor. Never hire Elite Plumbing.

Had a leak in bathroom and couldn't stop it. I called few plumbers that just never showed up. I called Elite and express the immediate problem and they showed up 1 hour after my call.
Douglas was very professional and showed me the problem. Showed knowledge and amazing skill to repair.

Michael and Dudu came immediately and took such good care of me and my neighbor . They were kind , knowledgeable and took care of every detail including calling an adjuster and making sure everything was perfect and done in the right way . Had a constant leak in an outdoor faucet that was costing me hundreds monthly on water bill. Response time to my request was very very quick. They even called and asked if I was available before my scheduled time! Gio was very personable, efficient and professional. I would definitely call them again.

BEWARE PREDATORY PRICING! I had a simple plumbing issue (cartridge replacement in shower). I was quoted $300 by two other plumbers. I mistakenly assumed Elite's price would be in the same neighborhood. They quoted me $600 upon arrival! After showing up 5 hours late to my appointment and my family being without water for 24 hours, I paid Elite's ransom. Nelson, their technician, was very friendly and competent. The work time on the issue was about 10 minutes. He actually lobbied for me to get $50 taken off the bill for being so late, which they accommodated. Unfortunately, he works for unscrupulous owners. Capitalism is one thing, but come on! If you have no other option and decide to call Elite, I suggest you at least get a quote before arrival.

WARNING: AVOID THIS COMANY – COMPLETELY DISHONEST!

I wish I had read the negative reviews before hiring them. The plumber, Junior, initially seemed knowledgeable, so I trusted his assessment. He said I needed to replace the angle stop valve under the bathroom faucet for $300. He also mentioned the possibility of replacing the CPVC pipe in the wall, which would require cutting into the back of the cabinet — a bigger job that he quoted at $600 if both needed to be done.

Before starting, I asked, “If it turns out I don’t need the extra work, you won’t charge the full $600, right?” He assured me, “Don’t worry, Mama, I’ll take care of you.” That gave me a false sense of trust. I stepped out briefly, and when I returned just 10 minutes later, he said the job was done — and demanded the full $600.

When my husband questioned it, Junior said he was charging for his “intellect.” I called his supervisor, but Junior grabbed the phone and stepped outside to talk privately. He returned offering a $100 discount, claiming that was the best they could do. So we paid $500 for a job that took less than ten minutes.

This company is dishonest and takes advantage of customers. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

This company was awesome. I called in a panic and made an appointment for the next day. However, the general manager heard my conversation with the young lady that answered the phone. She was so sweet and empathetic. But he called and suggested not to wait. He was here within a half an hour. He checked my water heater and found the problem. He proceeded to test for moisture in my laundry room and without a doubt there was a lot of water that covered my whole garage floor and ran out onto my driveway and onto the gutter. It was a huge problem.
He was professional and understanding to my concerns. I can’t say enough great things about this company. I totally respect and would recommend this company!
