My wife got up at 5:30 AM and noticed the water heater was leaking. Grabbed the Broward Best Pick Report and called Cape Plumbing Inc. Mark returned my call in short order and we set up an appointment. The repairman, Elmer N., actually showed up a little bit early, which was great. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He went right to work; kept the to-be- expected mess to a minimum and thoroughly cleaned up after the installation of the new water heater was completed. Top-notch company to do business with and Elmer did a great job. Highly recommend both.

I used Cape Plumbing for the first time today. Michael showed up early and assessed my situation. I had new counter tops installed and needed to have the faucets and garbage disposal reinstalled. The new sinks were different from the old ones and Michael had to cut pipes and adjust the alignment for the faucets and disposal to reinstall. He gave me a hard estimate before he started and we agreed on the price. Fair price... perfect installation, and guaranteed work for 90days. He had me inspect each job and wanted me to confirm I was happy with it. I will definitely use this company in the future for any plumbing concerns.

Called them at noon about a bad clog kitchen drain and Cory arrived within 2hrs. He came into the kitchen and covered the floor so that it would not be damaged from the large snake machine. He snaked the drain 40ft and then replaced the strainer in the sink. Cory was the best and politest plumber we have had (out of 3 other plumbers).

We hired Cape Plumbing to install gas lines to four appliances in our home. I worked with the owner, Mark, to get the permit issued for the job.
He was friendly, thorough and responsive throughout the process. The plumber who wrote up our estimate and ran the gas lines was Tom. Tom was prompt, informative, friendly and checked in with me about our satisfaction with his work a few times. My husband is a former trim carpenter, and has high expectations when it comes to workmanship. He was very impressed with Tom's work! I highly recommend Cape Plumbing if you are looking for a company that provides high quality work in a professional manner.

We have been using Cape Plumbing for a few years now. Any time we have a plumbing issue they are quick to respond and send a tech out. This particular call we had a slab leak, which can be quite messy and costly. Michael was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. He was efficient and his work was neat. And most importantly I felt safe having him in my home and around my kids. He was even helpful when it came to educating me on the insurance claim process. Great experience!

First, when I contacted Mark about our plumbing needs he was quick to respond and very professional. Since this work was in a condominium Mark had to provide COI and his license. He promptly provided so we could move forward. We had Elmer as our plumbing expert and we couldn't be more pleased with him professionally and personally. Yesterday 12/11/24 I thought the water heater installation went well, (Antonio & Brenton were great) until my electrician told me it is typical to have a pan underneath to protect the bottom sitting on the cement floor. Today when I asked Mark about this, he stated it would entail draining the water heater, an additional cost, especially since I lived in Miami. I would have appreciated this information upfront. I discussed having a water line installed but will reconsider having that work done by this company.

i have never encountered a group of more professional, honest and downright kinder team of tradesmen in my life. From my initial call with Mark the owner to the actual major repair, everything was just perfect! Elmer, the plumber who did my job is the most knowledgeable ,hard working guy you will ever meet, Such a honorable man !

It was the end of the day I found a leak in my kitchen. I called Cape, and within one hour, Andrew arrived to diagnose the problem.
I chose to provide my own faucet, so he came back out the following day to fix the problem.
Andrew was more then kind, very professional & knowledgeable but also friendly.

They did an awesome job. Excellent service, professional everything, from the initial estimate stage to prepping the job, fixing the problem, and the final paperwork. A clean job, no mess was left, even with having to cut through concrete in our backroom wall. Michael was a pleasure to have around and he walked us through everything ( explained and was more than happy to answer any questions) as he fixed and replaced the waste arm pipe that was leaking which was our main problem. He cared about our issues and was experienced at what he was doing..you could tell he enjoyed his work! Also, very reasonable pricing for all the work involved. I will totally call them again in the future and would recommend to anyone else looking for go-to plumbing work.

Spoke to the owner Friday evening. He gave me a not to exceed quote, no hassle. Saturday morning his guys showed up and had the old water heater out and replaced and did a great job. Courteous, quick and cleaned up after the job was over. Highly recommend this company.

I contacted Cape Plumbing due to an issue with my garbage disposal and within very little time Elmer showed up, reinstalled a new one and was done within record time. 2 days later we had a water leak from the main line and once again, Elmer was to the rescue. I recently had Cape Plumbing repair a Moen shower faucet and was very impressed with the service I received. I placed a call for service in the morning and Mike arrived mid-afternoon. We contracted with Tom from Cape Plumbing In Pomano Beach to repair a water leak under the slab In our commercial property. Our bill for two offices was almost $800 a month. The leak was under a office floor. They expertly cut the slab and excavated the area. They were able to repair the water pipe and solve our leak. They were prompt, courteous and very professional.
