Lousy service - made us pay for special order which did not arrive on date promised - so got elsewhere rather than pay contractor and plumper for cancelling on them. Charged us rather than sending items back. Really stinks - watch out for these guys especially on special order - or get it months in advance of when needed.

We ordered a sink, grate, faucet, insinkarator and an instant hot. Since our Granite had to be measured and cut, delivery was very important. We were promised a specific date and it never showed. They wanted us to pay for expediting the order and I refused. As a result, we had to change sinks. We are still waiting for the insinkerator and the faucet. They have a problem keeping you informed as to when products will arrive and when they do, they fail to call. As much as I would prefer to deal with independent businesses, this was a major mistake. Everything I ordered could have been delivered 10 days ago via Amazon.

Please support your local businesses. The Sink Outlet is one of those seldom stores that actually cares about their customers. Rodrigo and their staff are always cordial, professional, and genuinely care about your project.

This store by far has the best selection of items, unfortunately, their customer service is lacking. I bought a faucet(lifetime guarentee) and and when I went back to the store to complaain, I was given the phone number of the manufacturer (FRANKE). FRANKE will not replace the faulty faucet or credit my account. They do not stand behind their product.

My wife and I decided to refresh our bathrooms after visiting a home show and being inspired by the new, modern-looking vanities. We began our search at various stores throughout Broward County and found ourselves particularly excited about vanities manufactured by Madeli. After much consideration, we narrowed our choices down to two locations. One of these locations had previously helped us with our shower remodel and offered a price approximately 5% cheaper than Sink Outlet, where we ultimately decided to make our purchase.
Seth, our salesman at Sink Outlet, spent a significant amount of time with us, and we felt confident we would receive better customer service from them. So, we made the decision to go ahead with our purchase, which included vanities, vanity tops, and faucets, with a delivery date sometime after the first of the year.
After the new year, I spoke with Seth to confirm a delivery date, but was informed that the 60-inch vanity top did not meet the quality control standards of the manufacturer and needed to be redone. Seth assured me it would be ready by the end of the following week. Once all the items had arrived at Sink Outlet, I received a call notifying me they were ready for pick-up.
When my contractors arrived to collect the items, they discovered a few minor flaws on the 60-inch vanity top. However, they assured me that these flaws would not be visible once installed, so I agreed to proceed with the installation.
Upon removing the intact shrink wrap from the vanity top at my residence, the contractors immediately noticed abraded areas on the leading edge that would be quite visible. I called Seth, who insisted the vanity top had been inspected and was perfect, and claimed that my contractors had caused the damage. I questioned how the damage could have occurred when the shrink wrap was not damaged. He persisted in blaming my contractors.
Luckily, I found a contractor who does quality control for the manufacturer to repair the vanity top. Upon inspection, he concluded that the job had been rushed. I paid a significant amount of money to what I believed was a reputable company, but when an issue arose, they sided with the manufacturer and lost me as a customer forever. And it cost me a significant amount of money to remedy the problem.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH SINK OUTLET!

Customer service was spot on ! Seth was great and very informative. We went to a bunch of places to find the right sink and accessories but this one was the best. The store itself has a wide range of options of everything you need . Definitely will come back once remodel our bathrooms.

Been coming to the Sink Outlet for years due to their expertise and wonderful customer service. Most recently, we decided to do a bathroom steam shower renovation. I did extensive research and knew what fixtures I wanted and decided to do all the ordering myself through big box stores in an attempt to save money. I became overwhelmed when it came down to ordering all the necessary parts such as diverters, flanges, valves, etc. I decided to stop by the Sink Outlet and Seth was there to walk me through the process ensuring I had all the compatible parts and to my surprise, ordering through them ended up being the same and in some instances slightly less than Ferguson. The fact that you get great customer service as an add-on makes going to them a no-brainer. Everything arrived in the promised timeframe.
