The Hajoca team know me by name and not just another customer, the customer service is first class, they are friendly and willing to help. Counter guys and office staff make you feel welcome to the store.

I must have called 7-8 different plumbing supply stores before I found Hajoca. When no one else wanted to give this DIY'er the assistance I needed, Steven from Hajoca went above and beyond to ensure he found the parts I needed to make the repairs on my tankless water heater setup. It's a rare find when someone cares enough to work a bit harder to provide the service Steven did. Because of this, I highly recommend Hajoca! And thank you!

I’ve never seen or had a better plumbing supply house experience than this place. The place has everything and is spotless. The guy at the counter Manny could teach a class at Harvard about customer service. That guy is dialed in and dead serious about treating the plumbers right. Prices are good too!

I’m no longer going to those big box stores for plumbing supplies! This place has good ole fashioned customer service that I thought was extinct. Helpful, friendly and nice counter staff. Needed to exchange some supply lines for longer and it couldn’t have been easier. Prices were half the cost of product on Amazon with quality I could actually see.

Hajoca is simply the best! From the moment I first walked in there, the experience was top tier. They have more products than any of their competitors, always are in stock, I can send them a last minute email to have my order pulled and its always ready for when we arrive to pick up, staff is super friendly and helpful. I’m very glad I happened to drive past Hajoca and decided to call. By pure luck, they had the exact water heater I needed in stock. I’ve been searching far and wide but no box store had it without waiting 1-2 weeks for delivery. The customer service was above and beyond. Everyone, both at the front counter and in the warehouse, was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Truly 5-star service.
