Logan and Warren were awesome! They came out, did a spot repair, and camerad the line to make sure everything was good. What I really appreciated was that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They explained everything clearly, were honest about the condition of the pipe, and kept it straightforward.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I called with an emergency sewer backup, and their team responded quickly. Warren provided an initial evaluation and temporary fix, and I was promptly scheduled for the necessary repairs.

I called Roto Rooter this afternoon around 2:00 and they said they could have someone out to my house by 3:30 the same day. The technician who came out was friendly and knowledgeable. He unclogged the two sinks in my bathroom, provided some needed parts that he had in his truck, and was done by 5:30. While he might not have been the cheapest plumber around, he came out promptly and fixed my problem the same day. I am satisfied and impressed with their service, and I'll definitely use them again.

They treat every customer like VIP. The technician came and estimated the price immediately. I had a minor project(pipe rattling and loud hissing noise when flushing the toilet, shut off valve was not working, never happened till now) and didn’t have a good experience on slab leaks before, so I treated the problem seriously and did the research on pricing. First time hiring them and the technician listened and did a good and quick job, also gave some suggestions for the future plumbing safety. The price is fair based on the whole experience.

Matt with Roto-Rooter came out to two different properties that I manage. He was great at explaining what the problem was, answering any questions that I had and taking care of it. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter, their customer service is great, and everyone sounded very pleasant on the phone!
