Sean was very efficient and arrived quickly on a Friday afternoon during rush hour. Jesse the field supervisor was also extremely helpful and provided an efficient service.

Wesley was my service person. I would rate Wesley a 10plus. Exceptional service very knowledgeable on my shower issue. My shower would not shut off. But Wesley knew what was wrong and was able to fix the shower.
If anyone looking you a competent and pleasant person at Roto-Rooter I suggest requesting WESLEY!!!!

Sean saved the day on Christmas for our family. We had a full sewer backup and he worked tirelessly to troubleshoot the issue and solve the issue late on a holiday night. He was a pleasure to deal with and resolved the issue.

I had a very good experience with Roto Rooter today! I needed a new hot water heater, as I had no hot water and my unit was about 16-18 yrs old. I had gotten two other estimates and Roto Rooter was right in the middle. It didn't hurt that they also had coupons on their website. Stephenson was very professional. He explained everything to me beforehand. When he said he could do the job right away I was thrilled. He did a great job and I'm happy to have hot water again. I highly recommend this company.

Julian did a fantastic job repairing my sink on a Sunday night. Although it was late he came in very short notice and with a great attitude!

Sean came and resolved the plumbing issue, and he was a very friendly, personable, and charming person. Thanks for having him as an employee. The rate was reasonable, with 2 toilets, 2 shower drains, and 3 sink drains for a reasonable rate under $1100.

We had an emergency and Stephenson was amazing. Very nice and super helpful and care not to make a huge mess or cause a lot of damage. Price was good and will definitely use him again.

The whole process from start to finish when smoothly. I had an issues with one of our toilets clogging and backing up into the shower at approx. 9am on a Saturday morning. I called and spoke with and a customer service rep who was very polite and helpful.

After a brief conversation she advised that they had an opening and would have a crew there shortly. Within 30 minutes the crew arrived. David and his trainee Julian. After a brief conversation with David. They conducted a cursory inspection and advised me of there process and the potential cost.

Based on that information. I accepted and they proceeded with the job. I bought his house 3 years ago. My home is over 50 years old and I have no idea how old the toilets are. After removing the offending toilet he was able to confirm there was a clog in the line.

He then hooked up a power snake and proceeded to snake out the line. I have cast iron pipes so I am always expecting to hear the worst. While speaking with David I advised him that while they are here and already working. That I would like to replace both toilets.

He advised that he understood. He then gave me a revised estimate and I accepted. I then went to Home Depot and bought the toilets. By the time I got back both toilets had been removed and they were prepping the floor for installation. The whole time running the power snake to ensure the pipe was clear.

They then both unpacked and put both toilets together. The installation when off with out any hiccups. During this entire process David was also training a new employee. He was very professional in his approach and made sure that Julian was engaged in the installation. His teaching works well with his calm demeanor.

Upon completion the guys cleaned up and took all of the garbage with them. Including the boxes for the new toilets and the old toilets as well. David then had Julian handle the billing and payment process. He stood by just watching He encouraged and complimented him for doing a good job throughout this entire process.

They both did a great job. In addition, David advised me that a Mitigation Specialist and an another more senior Piping Specialist would be stopping by to check the cast iron pipes with a camera. I then thanked them both for a job well done. Within 15 minutes of their departure the 2 above referenced specialist arrived.

They both were very polite and professional as well. They did there inspections and we able to give me an all clear at this time. The piping specialist and I did speak about the cast iron pipes and the fact that service to these lines will inevitably need to be done. However, that s an issue for another day.

Let me say this every one that I dealt with today from Roto- Rooter were extremely polite, professional, and hard working. I cannot thank them enough for making this stress-full morning end with a calm and thankful afternoon. Thank you again everyone and have a great day!

I hired this company based off of reviews alone, and I was NOT disappointed. Total Comfort came out to replace my leaking water heater. Not only did they get the job done in a timely manner, they were completely professional and did a wonderful job. Every person I encountered explained exactly what was going on and with a smile. I will never call anyone else. Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job!

Pat was attentive and helpful in every way. He came within 30 minutes of the promised time and went right to work. The best. Ronnie was professional. Exactly on time. Fixed the problem. At my own request I asked if other shower should be replaced as well. He didn't force a product on me and let me decide. He answered a few other questions that had nothing to do with the original call. Without a doubt I wouldn't even consider ever going to another plumber. And this was a Saturday call for an emergency! Amazing. Ronnie is the plumber to get. No questions asked

Called Rapid-Rooter to repair a dripping kitchen faucet. They came the same day (afternoon). Dmitri G explained what needed to be done and noticed another problem with valves. Service was polite and I was called by the office to be advised of timing delay (a nice courtesy, as I've had other repair work done when they either didn't show up or didn't call to say they would be hours late).

I took a star off for the pricing. According to Home Advisor (google them), the average cost for faucet repair in Miami area is between 150 and 267. The faucet repair was higher than the high-end of average at $295--and that was a discounted price as per the plumber. (We provided the Delta faucet). And the Valves repair was 250, plus cost of the parts (they supplied). The new faucet installation plus the valves repair and etc came to $620. I put the prices only so y'all have an idea what to expect for similar service.

Faucet is working fine now and it's nice to know the shut-off valves are operable. (How these things stop being operable, dunno, but there it is.)

We had used Rapid-Rooter several times in the past and I would call them again. We know they'll show up when they say they will, call if they can come sooner, call if they are late-- and that matters a lot in Miami.

Isaac was a very nice competent technician. We were also able to get service right away as our drains all stopped up. Much appreciate it. They solve the problem quickly, so we were very satisfied.
