My water main was broken outside of my house and water was everywhere but Rapid Rooter quickly responded to my needs. They sent technician mike #272 who was very knowledgeable and skilled. He got me up and running in a matter of hours and the services were very reasonable compared to companies I've used in the past. Good guys

Had a clog in my main sewer line. Rapid-Rooter quickly scheduled an appointment for me the next day with Luis Alvarado. He was on time, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Luckily my clog resolved on its own without needing any intervention. He didn't try to sell me any services that I didn't need. Very honest. If I did need something done, I would not hesitate to have Luis and Rapid Rooter fix the problem.

They're amazing!!! Honest and professional people. I just called today, I had a plumber in less than 3 hours, and my job was done in a professional manner. I have called five plumbing's companies before, and none of them could do the job without extra charging or not giving a fair price, even not showing the knowledge that was required.

Had my septic tank cleaned . Ace, the technician was polite & professional. After opening my septic tank he explained what I was looking at. He told me to continue treating the tank monthly as I had been doing. He didn't try to tell me there was a problem as the technicians in the past have. When pump take arrived they kept it on the street to protect my driveway. Once the septic tank was pumped & cleaned after replacing the tank lid they filled the hole in & left my property looking great. I appreciate Ace placing a tarp on my grass which made it easier for him to fill the hole & kept my grass looking good. Great job !

Thank you Rapid-Rooter!!! Had a friend of a family friend break our main water pipe while putting our shutters up and claim he could fix it. Unsurprisingly made a half done job and had the audacity to try to charge my mom for it! Called Rapid-Rooter and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mr. Luis Alvarado came right on time. Did an amazing job and helped us tremendously, quickly and was generous with the pricing. Rapid-Rooter will definitely be the ones we will call if we ever need help again!

Had a serious plumbing issue at my condo. Rapid Rooter responded very quickly. The technician onsite was very knowledgeable and went in to great detail the work he was going to perform to solve our problem prior to beginning his service. The work was completed with precision detail and the pricing was more than fair for extent of our problem. I will definitely call Rapid Rooter again and I have already begun telling other members of our condo community, as well as our friends in the surrounding area, how great of a job they did for us. Mike 272 came out to install my water heater. He arrived in 30 mins and it took approximately 3 hours for the water heater to be installed. He was helpful and very professional. I will recommend Rapid Rooter to anyone due to the Great services that was provided. Also the prices are reasonable and fair.

Luis and the apprentice we're courteous, explained the problem in detail and gave me cost to repair. I was able to get service that same day within a 2 hour window. Luis was quite knowledgeable and both were professional. I felt I was in good hands which put my mind at ease. 100% quality service! I will definitely refer to anyone needing plumbing services

Dimitry, the Senior Service Tech that came to fix a pipe leak on a Saturday, was professional & knowledgeable with a great personality. The leak was in a tight space and was tough to handle but Dimitry made sure we knew he’d get it fixed. Sarah in the office and all the office staff were also super pleasant. Definitely recommended!!

My experience with the company was smooth and quick problem solving.
men’s beard clipper had fallen then it was flushed by a child on a Saturday late afternoon, the flushing is backed up, we tried our usual liquid drano, and plunger.
I called this amazing saver company, the receptionist was super helpful in a calm voice, remember the customer is agitated and concern of extra cost of the toilet, water line, and how long and much money will be? Because this was going through my mind. The receptionist very informative whats going to do. Scheduled available I had ask on a Sunday, thank goodness available. Said yes, they take cash, card as well through the company phone and gives you a receipt of everything the plumber had done and the payment receipt number confirmation.

Plumber comes less that 30 minutes and introduces himself and has the company vehicle with the name, his uniform ready to work.
I explained the situation at best Detailed possible, then the plumber will exam the water flushes, and gives his plan and tells you the price before he and the customer accepts and signs the paper. Then proceed to the plan agreed.
The plan method works! I jump to the air and yes! Never been so happy about a toilet additional savings $$$.
It was my first plumber toilet experience. I’ve been taking for granted the bathroom toilet, I am happy for the professional plumber knowledgeable because I had asked for explanation for me to understand methods of plan.
Paid and off the plumber to save another household “plumbery “ rescue.

The plumber came to my house to service the septic tank ON TIME! Danny was very respectful and professional while he worked. I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently he was able to unclog the line and clean the tank. Great customer service and job well done! Based on this experience I would definitely refer Rapid Rooter to anyone!

Had a water leak on bathroom floor. Main line clogged. Our service man Isaac came fast. He was professional, polite , friendly and explained everything. Problem fixed within an hour. Great service, would recommend Rapid Rooter!

I had a prior plumber come out a damage the diverter on my shower. Called Rapid Rooter the next morning and they promptly came, assessed the issue, throughly explained the costs and process then professionally repaired the shower. Both technicians that completed the job were both professional, easy to talk to and very kind. Before leaving they cleaned the work area and made my bathroom beautiful. I felt completely at ease with the entire process from start to finish and would highly recommend them. Thank you to the technicians that came out and saved my bathroom.

The tech, Ronnie, was extremely knowledgeable and provided options for our issue. He broke down the process, timeline and fee’s with professionalisms. Once job the was completed, he walk through what I should expect (air in lines and how to adjust temp) and advised if I had any questions, that Rapid Rooter was available 24/7 to assist. We have had Kris and Sheldon out to our house multiple times. They go over and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. They are professional, so smart, and overall great guys. I have been in South Florida for over 20 years and this is the first time I have ever felt happy after a company of any type has come to my house for service. THANKS GUYS!

I just call to get a budget to replace my 2 bathroom faucet ( old, rusty and a 100 years old conector ). First of all I was afraid of the price because I did some search before with others companies and the price was sky high. When Dimitri came over he was so confident, professional and polite that made me trust on him. Besides all this qualities he was able to make a very fair price. I was surprised how good he managed this job. ( it was a hard work in one of the faucet sink). I’m very happy with the work done and the company. Thank you so much!!

After putting in a call at 11:00 for emergency services and being told I would receive a call within 30 minutes, an hour later I still had received nothing. I called back and spoke to a very passive aggressive gentleman named Roger. He could not have shown less compassion regarding my emergency situation, and literally stated to me “well, if you haven’t received a call back by now, that’s probably it until the morning.” What?? I inquired to him about why Rapid Rooter was advertising as a 24-7 business if this was the case, and he proceeded to get even more rude, and basically told me to “give up and look elsewhere.” He sounded annoyed to even be taking the phone call from as soon as he answered, and had no problem talking over me and happily told me to take my business elsewhere. Needless to say I have certainly taken my business elsewhere, and they can thank Roger for the loss of a customer!

I'm a Property Manager for 5 different medical buildings and had to call Rapid Rooter on 2 different occasions for the first time dealing with Rapid Rooter.
I dealt with two different Servicemen plumbers, Named Bo and Jermel. They Both were very Professional and very thorough in doing their job.

I am giving 3 stars because of the price they charged for snacking a kitchen drain. I regret not calling another company out of convenience and time. I fully understand I okayed the job, but 450 for a simple drain clearing that took a total of less than 30 minutes between arrival and leaving is just not justified. It is something I could have done myself if I had the tools. I understood they charge 65 for coming out and assess the issue and if I agreed to the service that fee is waved. I would still have saved more by paying that 65 and hiring someone else.
The people are nice and professional. Jessica was great on the phone, they called me within minutes of after hours booking to confirm, then called prior to arrival with an eta. Service was straight forward and fast (the actual service probably took 10-15 minutes tops). Sebastian was nice and personable. They even called 4 days after to ask how it went (and I did tell them the truth).
I have used the company before and their pricing has always been fair and that’s why they were the first and only company I called this time. Unfortunately they will not be the first I call next time. (June 2023)

If you're looking for fast, efficient plumbing, stay far away from rapid rooter. Had to call back multiple times and got messed around with getting a technician for a simple drain clog. Not worth the effort. Customer service reps on the phone had no interest in resolving a bad. Called another local plumber (Front Row Plumbing) who were able to dispatch a technician within hours and were efficient and did great work.
