Had a great experience on a pipelining job for our multifamily building. The crew was solid, on time, professional, and easy to work with. Everything went smooth and they kept us updated the whole way. Would definitely work with them again.

Heard a weird pop at midnight and no hot water—freaked out! Searched emergency plumber near me in Boca Raton and called Shoreline. They answered right away, came over within the hour, and swapped out the busted water heater like it was nothing. Hot showers again by morning!

If you have a drain issue I do not recommend this company. They refused to snake the line from where I requested insisting that their procedure was the best solution. I as the property owner have seen this situation before so I knew the best way to fix it. During this time a “supervisor” appeared on my property to camera the line. I was told that my drain line was in disrepair due to age. The supervisor then tried to hard sell a $6000 replacement of the line. As if this wasn’t bad enough they then used the (poor condition) of the old piping to say that any work performed by their company would not be honored with any warranty. Unsurprisingly, three days later the line was fully blocked leaving my tenant without use of their bathroom. I requested they come back and snake it from the stack pipe which I had suggested to begin with. They refused to come back and I received a phone call from the supervisor who reminded me of the conversation we had regarding the poor condition of the pipes. I only used this company because my plumber was out of town and figured a drain company was the best option. The price was double what my plumber would have charged me which makes me feel they are not honest with pricing. If you want your drain cleared call someone else if want to waste your money and receive a sales pitch call these guys.

Telly was referred to me by our HOA. He was used on other plumbing repairs in our Condo Complex. He was very polite and professional. He arrived promptly as scheduled and even texted me when he was on his way. He completed all the necessary repairs within a reasonable amount of time and the price was very reasonable. He performed quality work. The toilet looks great and feel stable. The last "plumber" that fixed our toilet leak left the toilet not leveled and wobbly and didn't even apply caulking. I'm definitely saving his phone number for future plumbing repairs.

Had an emergency with our main pipe to the house one night. Telly was the only one that answered my call after calling three different local plumbers. He dropped everything and got the job done quickly.

5 stars isn't enough

I called Victory Plumbing to take care of two issues - a pull down faucet with no water pressure and a toilet with a tendency to easily get clogged. Telly came out, took his time to troubleshoot, diagnose, and ultimately resolved both issues. Of note is that he didn't immediately recommend the most extreme and costly solutions. I also appreciate that he took the time to explain the issues and solutions in very simple terms that is easily digestible by any layperson. Throughout the visit, Telly was very professional and personable. I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs.
