Isaac came to my house in a very timely fashion. I called for a plumber at 2:44pm. My clog is fixed and I am writing the review at 4:04pm. He was friendly professional, personable, and courteous. He even educated me on my home’s plumbing. I am so glad he came and fixed my issue. I have the peace of mind knowing my birthday celebration will not be hindered. Thank you Isaac!

My kid flushed a toy down the toilet I called them and they sent someone out within a hour they got the toy out and everything is working great. The service was fast and efficient. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to others and be my future go to plumbers as well .

I used Rapid Rooter on Memorial Day. Accidently nicked a cooper pipe behind my bathroom vanity. The customer service rep who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful His name was Kevin. The Plumber sent to my house was very knowledgeable and was able to fix both nicks with in an hour. Very professional and friendly. His name was Tobias. Thank you

Quoted me one price over the phone for leak detection, then charged more since they had to make a small cut in the ceiling even though I explained to them where the problem was BEFORE they came out. I also had to loan him my ladder since he didn’t have one. I’m not sure how you go to a call for a leak in a ceiling without bringing a ladder with you. They really pushed for water restoration even though the damage was very, very minimal. The tech spent 45 minutes out in his van while he made phone calls since he was not sure how to fix the problem and did not seem very experienced. After consulting with another plumber, and going back to the van for 15 minutes more minutes, he came back with an outrageous quote. I passed.
The one positive is that they showed up within two hours of me calling them.

Manuel is the main guy we request when we have a problem, because he has knowledge in what he does plus he is very familiar with our property in Miami Beach and we love his work. Courteous, professional and on time describes the employee DANNY that came out to fix my septic issues at my home. He was very attentive to detail, explained what the problem was to me and fixed it within a nick of time. Before leaving, he asked if there was anything else I needed him to look at before he left! Called Rapid Rooter to help clear sewer line that was causing a back up from floor drains in the bathrooms of our an office space we were beginning to occupy (Was apparently vacant for years before we moved in). Issac came out within the hour and was very knowledgeable on how to take care of this kind of issue. Was able to quickly assess the situation and he acted quickly to snake out the line that was apparently blocked some 50-75 feet from the bathrooms. He gave a few suggestions on how to work with the old cast iron pipes to prevent future blockages such as, no flush-able wipes, etc.. Also, he used a floor mat and other items to protect the floors while using his equipment, which I find is outstanding professionalism. I would recommend to anyone, commercial or residential. We used Rapid Rooter for an emergency back up for our vacation rental property. They came to service within an hour. ISAAC the technician was outstanding, he was very clear and detailed with his explanations. We would request for him next time we call in for a service. Thanks Isaac.

I had an old hot water heater, that I should have changed years ago, go on me one Saturday morning. We had guests coming that evening. The Rapid Rooter team was first rate, 100% professional. They were at my house with the replacement Hot Water heater, and only a few hours later, we were back in business! They saved the day! You will not go wrong with Rapid Rooter.

We had a clogged sewer line. They got the line unclogged and found a broken clean out. It was a Saturday night and an emergency. They had us in a bind and we paid an excessive amount to unclog the drain. The quote to repair the clean out seemed outrageous. On Monday I called a trustworthy local plumber to compare estimates. The plumber fixed the clean out for a price that was 80% less than Rapid Rooters quote. I will not call Rapid Rooter again.

First time using this vendor. Svc was scheduled today between 10A-12P. Plumber mike arrived at 1130am. He was very nice, quick to assess issue, offered options - unfortunately, was not able to fix leak due to nature of the leak. Still had to pay $85 service call. My issue is when Kevin called me twice to tell me technician was on way (once at 1001am and second at 1010am). Yet tech did not arrive for another hour and a half. Hence the rating. Unsure if I would use them again.

We called for some faucet repairs and low water pressure. Within a few hours we had their technician Mr. Sigure Williams show up . Excellent customer service, very friendly and he knew his stuff.

I had a big issue with my main shutoff valve needing to be replaced. Bo was my plumber and he was absolutely great. This happened at night. He answered my phone call even though he was off hours and told me he would be there first thing in the morning. He showed up early and fixed my issue quickly. Unfortunately, things turned from bad to worse when the main valve to my building also broke. Even though this was not his job he still decided to help. He wasnt allowed to change that valve as it was the property managements jurisdiction but he helped me to make sure the building still had water. Bo was calm and collective. He helped me and assured me the whole way. He even went with me to Lowes to pick out hoses and adapters that we could use to temporarily give the building water. Bo went above and beyond.

I am extremely happy with the high level of customer service and expertise demonstrated by my technicians Ronnie and Anthony. They did a great job on my home and I was pleased with the results. I appreciate very much ! And thank you to the courteous staff at the company who helped get this set up quickly. Recommended with confidence !

Sean came to my house on time, was very clean and professional. He addressed my problem quickly and gave me multiple options to solve it. His prices were very reasonable, and he even asked if there was anything else I needed looked at while ha was there. Now my sink and toilet and working great! I will be sure to call Rapid Rooter for any future problems.

I never write reviews, but felt compelled to on this occasion as I have never been so impressed by a company for a very long time. I found this company on Google after we had a blockage and had backup of waste. They said they would have someone with us within an hour and they would call to confirm and that is exactly what they did. When Sheldon turned up he was fantastic, he knew his stuff, was polite and very good humored and a real credit to the company. I would strongly recommend this company.

We had horrible flooding in two bathrooms due to the toilets. Called Rapid Rooter and they dispatched a service tech within a two hour window. Even though it was an after hours service call, Gavin Seebach, the Plumber Tech arrived, and was very calm, professional, reassuring and knowledgeable about the problem. He was helpful, caring and was able to immediately diagnose the problem and provide effective and expedititous service. He even provided useful tips to an unrelated plumbing issue. All in all, it was a great experience despite the distressing conditions. I would definitely use them again.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain. The repairman was here within 30 minutes of my call. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was unsuccessful in clearing the clog by snaking under the sink, so he got on the roof and used the snake in the vent. After running the snake 75 feet, the clog was freed. I was very pleased with service provided.
