Fernando was wonderful. He was punctual, pleasant, professional and polite. He examined the site, diagnosed the problem, brought in the equipment he needed, drained, cleaned and restored everything then went up to the roof to ensure everything was in good order. No hesitation in recommending him and this company.

What happened to my family is deeply disturbing.

Last month, we purchased what was clearly sold to us as a 2.5-ton HVAC system — the right size for our home. We paid in full. Yet for weeks, we were left in unbearable heat. My 11-month-old baby could not sleep. My dog, a long-haired breed, was showing signs of distress. None of us were sleeping. We were suffering — and we didn’t know why.

After countless technician visits from their team blaming everything but the system itself — including even my roof — I brought in an independent, professional HVAC company. The truth was devastating:
They had installed a 2-ton unit.
It was never the equipment we were sold. It was never going to cool our home. And they knew it.

When I brought this to their attention, I was met with disrespect, denial, and threats.
The owner, Tiago, threatened to leave my home without A/C, knowing there was a baby inside. This, after having already received full payment.

To this day, they’ve refused to provide their Florida HVAC license number, despite multiple requests.

This is not just bad service.
This is a breach of trust, a total disregard for family well-being, and an abuse of power over a paying customer.

Let this review serve as a public warning: be extremely cautious about who you let into your home.

He made sure everything was up and running in no time, easing our worries and keeping things moving smoothly. The Techs just finished at my house, installing a new vent, a new return, and spray the entire attic with new insulation. They did a phenomenal job, professional, quick and efficient on time arrive 10min before they were supposed to start.
I would highly recommend them.

I used this company for several properties I own. Recently they repaired a unit and charged me $500.00 which I paid. I went back in my records afterwards and realized they replaced the same part 7 months prior. I called them and fully expected that I would get a refund for the part since all manufacturer parts have a warranty for 1 year. The owner would not refund me and refused to tell me that warranty at first then after many calls between the secretary she told me there is a three month warranty on parts. That is a lie because I looked up the part and manufacturer and ALL have a one year warranty. I own a business myself and I am a person of principle, if this owner refuses to talk to me like a professional then that speaks volumes. I used them for many projects and this is the respect that I get in return ? They are not honest people so beware. I look forward to a response from them since they wont return phone calls like a real company.

I highly recommend THE BEST HVAC! The experience as first time customer was wonderful! The technician came out on a Friday afternoon (same day) and completed the service/repair to get a condo AC back up and running (we needed a technician asap for an AC service/repair due to a cooling issue right before the holiday). The technician also accommodated a second very much overdue AC maintenance/service for another property located a few miles away and agreed to do it right after the first! Overall, the maintenance/service for both AC units was thorough and professional. The initial appointment was easy to reserve and the fees were very reasonable. Definitely a great find!

The lady who answers the phone is rude. I called asking if there was someone who spoke Spanish to better explain the problem with my car and what she did was cut me off. All she had to do was say no.

Fernando & Fabiano did a great job. May AC went out and they were at my house 2 hours later. They repaired it in 30 minutes and informed me about everything that I should be aware of in the future to avoid this from happening. They were very thorough and knew what they were doing. They will be my go-to going forward for my HVAC needs. The best.
