As a follow up to my previous comments I received a call from Elton the service manager. He agreed that the maintenance service I had in October should have avoided the problem I had Monday. He adjusted the costs and handled the situation very professionally. I will continue using One Hour for our hvac system.

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This company has demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and care, both in their work and in how they handle customer concerns. Here’s my experience:

I had my AC serviced by one of their technicians on November 1st. He claimed to have addressed a clogged drain line and even recommended an extra maintenance plan, which I agreed to, trusting that these "fixes" would prevent any further issues. Less than a week later, I woke up to a disaster: water was pouring down from the second floor into my laundry room, completely ruining the ceiling, drywall, and floor. After shutting off the water valve to investigate, I found that the AC unit was leaking. Not only was the drain line twisted, but the pump was flashing a red warning light, signaling an unresolved problem from the supposed "repair."

I immediately called customer service at 7:10 am, explaining the urgency of my situation, expecting some level of concern or prompt assistance. Instead, I was dismissed and told that a technician would reach out "when they got into the office." Hours went by – it was already 10:30 am, and I still hadn’t heard from anyone. For a company that claims to offer emergency services, this level of indifference is astounding and absolutely unacceptable.

This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Not only did their poor workmanship cause extensive damage to my home, but their dismissive attitude toward urgent repairs shows a complete disregard for their customers’ property and well-being. I’m now stuck dealing with costly repairs to my ceiling and drywall because of their negligence and lack of attention to detail.

Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company. They don't take accountability for their mistakes, nor do they show any interest in providing reliable customer support. You deserve a company that values your home and respects your concerns – and this is definitely not that company.

Jason did the best he could and worked hard. However I called the main service and the shop to make it clear that we wanted deep cleaning blower wheel using the plastic bib. The technician did the best he could but not the job required. He did the best he could but very disappointed and will not recommend. He was not equipped to do the job we had requested

I highly recommend to hire the services of One Hour, they fully met the expectations in terms of great customer service since the appointment to the final installation, after they fixed my AC system, my family literally breath better and healthier, thank you guys!! worth the money for the service in return

Mr. Elvin's services were outstanding. He exhibited professionalism with great knowledge care and pride in what he does. I gave him a 5 star rating, only because 5 was the highest.

Hebreux is very professional, detailed and very knowledgeable. I appreciate him and your customer excellence. He was able to answer ALL my questions and really educated me on my system that is new to me. His demeanor is calm and concise. I thank him and One Hour

Matt did an excellent job at explaining the issue at hand, was prompt, courteous, and had a pleasant demeanor that was greatly appreciated..... you should be pleased to have him on your payroll... unfortunately my wall unit is not worth spending any more money on and Matt said I'd be better off getting a new one, which I agree.. Have appt with Nicolas with One Hour tomorrow to look at possibly putting in a mini split.. 👍👍 for Matt!

Devon was great. He was right on time and is very friendly and knowledgeable. One hour is a great company. I have been using them for years.

My unit went out for what turned out to be an easy fix. Marcus has been here before, and his usual pleasant demeanor and efficient work are quite an advertisement for the company. My issue was handled promptly and skillfully. Very satisfied. One Hour has a gem with Marcus.

Adrick was very professional and kept me informed during the entire process. He completed the work promptly and efficiently. If I ever need service again, I will definitely call One Hour again and pray that Adrick is the technician.

Just had my A/C unit tuned up, and the service was outstanding. My technician was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain everything. I really appreciated that they showed me photos of the roof unit so I could see exactly what they were describing. They also provided helpful and clear recommendations. Highly recommend!

He was an excellent excellent serviceman. He knew exactly what to do. He was very polite and I give him a 10.

The technician was excellent however the booking was too much problems. I would give 5 stars if the booking of appointments were better and not an AI. Other than that, the tech guy is an awesome person. A must keep

Corvin at HQ was extremely helpful and considerate when listening to what I needed and scheduling an appointment. He really made me feel confident that I could get an honest and experienced technician to help me with my problem which was quite complicated. The tech came on schedule. His name was C.C. he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, he took his time carefully diagnosing my issue and was really easy going. After troubleshooting for several hours he finally figured out the problem and gave me a fair price for the part needed.

I couldn't be happier with this company. They have 100% earned my trust and my business. Thank you so much for your help guys

Marcus was fantastic. Did such a great job cleaning our unit and describing every step on what he was doing. Advised us how old our unit was and recommended we look into another one eventually. Wasn’t pushy at all. Highly recommend hm and the company.

Fawaz, the tech, was great. Friendly, helpful, fixed the issues, explained to us what was wrong, and the price is reasonable with a same day appointment just 3.5 hours after I made the call. The premium membership service is worth it. He performed the regular maintenance, cleaned everything up, suggested an additive that'll help prevent future issues. Good service, as usual.

Recently my AC hasn't had its continuous maintenance and the line was clogged. Build up had begun reaching its capacity and water was leaking. Made a call to one hour and just a few hours later that day; Marcus came and handled everything, unclogged line, cleaned up any mess and was very professional. Happy with the prompt responses and help. Automatic $98 call. Highly recommend if needing assistance with your AC unit.

Called this morning, One hour air conditioning scheduled me an appointment by tonight. I felt my AC was out of free on or something on the fritz for some time but the weather was so nice I didn't worry about it. But knowing how prompt this company is, it is great feeling to know they got your back. Today they sent Jason Blackmon. He knew what was wrong within minutes and handled the job very professional. I'm super please with the way he handled the job. Kept everything clean, left no mess and took care of business. Thank you Jason. One Hour Air, seems to have a great team working for them. Didnt take any photos today but happy with the work and AC back, forgot how it felt its been awhile.

I had a great experience with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. My service technician, DeAngelo was right on time, highly professional, and extremely courteous. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, and you could tell he really knew his craft.

What stood out most to me was how clean and organized he kept his work area. He was respectful of my home, picked up after himself, and left zero trace of the job behind—no remnants, no mess, nothing. That level of care goes a long way.

I’ll definitely request DeAngelo again, whether it’s next year or sooner if I need service before then. One Hour Air has earned my trust, and this was an A+ experience from start to finish!
