The staff was very courteous from call center to the technician. Communication in timing was great. They kept me in the loop for my elderly mother’s service call. The price was reasonable and honest. Would recommend One Hour to my friends and family.

1 hour Cooling and Air Conditioning is always available. It doesn't matter if I needed them on Christmas Day or first thing in the morning they always accommodate and they have the best technicians. Especially Jamal --he is very confident, friendly, courteous and just great people to deal with for all your air conditioning needs.

Jason was outstanding. He explained the issue with my internal air conditioning unit and provided viable options for the repair.

Jason was polite, courteous and completed the work in an efficient manner. He also explained some preventative service options and informed me of the warranty that came with the service he provided.

One Hour Heating contacted me when my yearly maintenance checkup was due. I scheduled the appointment of my choosing, and the Technician was very respectful and detailed. They are reliable and fast to respond.

I needed my A/C condensation line unclogged so I decided to call One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. To my surprise they had an opening and set me up with an appointment the same day. Within a few hours I had tech here at my house fixing the issue! Had the pleasure to meet Jason he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Came in, took a quick look, and worked straight on the issue. Jason had my A/C back up and running again in less than an hour. Pricing was also very reasonable. Wonderful service would recommend!

As a mom with two kids this company was an absolute life saver. They came out in a pinch on a Sunday and helped us resolve a clog in our system. This issue had been happening on and off for us for years and we finally got the answers as to why, thanks to the Peter. The pricing is fair and the service is beyond excellent. The service men who have performed maintenance on my A/C for the past 2 years have been very professional and courteous. Today Peter takes the crown. I apologized to him because the incompetent manager couldn't find the paperwork which had been sent a year ago from your company for access to this property. All told, Peter worked efficiently and pleasantly. A genuine asset to your company.

I called One Hour Air Conditioning, and within an hour a Tech named Jason arrived. I the whole system inspected. He cleaned out my condensate pump and the tube going to the outside. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. I signed up for the twice a year maintenance. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for A/C problems.

This company has terrible customer service! I highly recommend not to use them if you need help! Our air conditioner broke on a Friday, and a service rep did come out and told us they had to order a motor, and someone would be out on Monday to replace it. I called at 8:30 am on Monday to confirm the appointment since we were without air conditioning all weekend and I was told someone would call me back soon. At 12 pm no call, so my husband got the same line, then after three more calls of saying someone would call back in a half an hour. Never happened and conveniently there wasn't a supervisor to speak to or call. We had to forfeit our $99 house call fee that we were charged on Friday and called another company who came out that day within hours and replaced our motor the next day without issue and they kept in communication with us the whole time.

Good afternoon,
Per your response to my feedback, no one from your company spoke directly to a member of my house, they left a message, and we didn't receive a refund since we paid in cash. Are you mailing us a check? Also, how did you speak to the other company if their name wasn't supplied and we only had a motor replaced, no ductwork evaluation.

The most important breakdown is if the part was on backorder like you mentioned why didn't someone have the curtsy to let us know. We had to suffer all weekend and a day without air conditioning! If we knew this sooner, we could have gotten help faster.

Out of all days AC went down on Christmas Day.
They send their tech who was professional and outstanding. He troubleshoot the unit found out what part it needed sadly after 20 mins looking for the part on his truck he didn’t have it. They scheduled a tech for me first thing in the morning, he was also very professional. He installed the part got the unit working. Not to say I had to catch a flight in the morning and they were able to take care of me fast and I got to the airport on time.

Competent & friendly technician came to the house for an annual inspection. Recommended replacing the entire AC system and quoted my wife $13,000 as their cheapest option (3 ton unit.) We contacted 2 other companies to confirm the need to replace. Both agreed that it would need to be replaced, not repaired, but both companies’ estimates were under $6,500 for the entire job — less than half!

I will say that their assessment must’ve been correct, because the unit stopped working the same night that they had come out (and before any of the other companies could come out the next day.) I think it’s just a remarkable coincidence that it died a few hours after their inspection, recommendation & extremely high quote.

I’ve been using One Hour Air for many years. They’ve always provided exemplary service and this was no exception. Adrick was super friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend this company.

A. Robb was awesome! What a personable and easy person to work with. Within minutes, the problem was identified, and repaired in about 20 minutes- all “COOL” here. I even purchased the yearly maintenance. One hour- you should hire more Robb’s, thank you Mr. ARobb.

One Hour took off hour my call and immediately assigned a technician to come out to review what was going on and make the appropriate repairs. The tech they sent was a nice, educated, knowledgeable, and quick. I’ll be using One Hour for all my future HVAC needs from here on out.

Peter Wozniak did a great job, like every other team member of One Hour AC and heating. Always responsive and caring customer service, always on time for appointment, always walk you through their job and maintenance, always professional and friendly.

The worker that came out, Mr Miller, did a great job diagnosing the problem. However, that was on Saturday. It is now almost Thursday and I have yet to hear back from the company to let me know what needs to be ordered to fix my heater. I have tried calling them numerous times and it seems that the phone number is “busy”. If I hear back from them, I will change this review.

the job was detailed over the phone for a senior technician to review noise of my system . A nice chap came over who was qualified to evaluate system but not an expert on options available to me re different system , vents or past experiences
I was charged $95 for the visit and tech took 20 photos telling me a sales person would be in touch immediately for a follow up.
8 days later I still hav not heard from anyone .
