The company is professional and courteous. Their technicians are knowledgeable and when there’s something they don’t know, they don’t pretend to know and they don’t just make something up. They research and find the correct answer. I watched them put into air Conditioners in my friend’s house and saw how clean they worked and saw the end result. Then they came to my house to fix a problem and the technician was absolutely amazing.

My 2007 evaporator unit is in the attic, it was exposed to the elements and was rotting away and full of mold. The tec did the best he could without excuses, he also cleared both lines so water can flow out better, which now it does. I do recommend Green Tree due to their fair upfront price, honesty and willingness. AC is still working, but ill have to replace soon.

Excellent service. Tony came out and explained what I neede in plain language. Sent an itemized proposal. Office staff were friendly and accommodating. Erik and Ken did a clean install. Very happy.

This company does a fantastic job following up to help you keep the unit serviced and working properly. Their staff has always been friendly and helpful when I have called. My tech Elois was detail oriented and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Technician Eloise and his partner were professional and courteous. They kept us advised on the status of the installation of our new AC. We had confidence in their experience and workmanship. Have used Ferrara, now Dang It's Hot, for years and continue to recommend them.

Ferrara’s Air stands out as a highly professional company to collaborate with. On Sunday evening, I contacted them to leave a message regarding a malfunctioning air conditioner. I promptly received a call back (an automated voice assistant) and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning.
On Monday morning, I was contacted by Indira, who confirmed the availability of Jose. Jose arrived punctually and, as expected, was able to diagnose and resolve the issue promptly. He also provided comprehensive explanations for my inquiries and even forwarded information on a smart thermostat.
I greatly appreciate Jose’s willingness to explain the problem and its solution in a manner that was easily comprehensible. I can confidently rely on his expertise, and I wholeheartedly recommend Ferrara’s Air.

When I woke up this morning, I thought today would be really messy and uncomfortable. Was I wrong!! Today was amazing in every way! After living with an a/c system that was from the last generation, today it was replaced with a more current model. The young men (Erik and E) who made the change- over were fantastic!
1. They arrived early this morning and didn't leave until approximately 5:30.
2. Not only were they very nice people, they left little doubt that they were intelligent, educated, informed, and knowledgeable about what they needed to do in replacing my a/c.
3. As they worked, they cleaned up their mess immediately. It never even appeared as though we were having a service call for any reason.
4. Sometimes they worked separately, (one onside and one outside), and sometimes they worked together. They seemed to be on the same page throughout the day. If either was in doubt about something, I know they conferred with one another to come up with the best solution.
5. When their job was finished, they used their clean-up time to run the system to be sure it was good, and also to instruct me on how to use the thermostat. I may be old in years lived, but I will never be too old to not recognize class A service when it is right in front of me.

These guys are the best in the business! Always professional, reasonable on prices, and efficient. James and Jeff are amazing techs and people. They communicate, set expectations well, and hold themselves to the highest standards. If you need anything regarding HVAC services Ferrari's Air Inc. Should be your first and only call.

Jose was so knowledgable and thorough walking me through the options. Ultimately I chose a payment plan that works for my budget and I couldn’t be happier. I proactively changed out my 15 year old system to have peace of mind as the weather heats up. On install day, Erik walked me through the process before getting started and after the install was complete, again knowledgable, super courteous and thorough. Refreshing to work with polite, top notch professionals that delivered a solid product and service in our community.

What a Great Company !
There quality of work was beyond expectations!Very professional on time and promote and take time to talk to you and explain your choices and what works for you no sales pitch .They went above and beyond and attention to detail is crazy .They take pictures and keep you informed .The owner even stopped by to check the work at the end and talk to you with any questions .We would definitely recommend them and Blessed to find a company like this and look forward to many more years with them .

Jeff M and assistant delivered an excellent service for our A/C today. They were courteous and explained each step of what they were doing. They clearly explained my options then very efficiently completed the requested work.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Jeff. He was right on time and did an extensive check-up. He was able to clearly communicate his findings and presented options with a no-pressure approach. This is the first time I used Ferrara's and look forward to having them serve my AC needs.

A few days ago we had all our air ducts thoroughly cleaned by Ferrara's air. They were there on time, clearly knew their business, were very professional, reasonable in cost and worked clean. Hard to ask for any more. Today, we just had our first service visit from Ferrara's Technician Elois F.. We couldn't be happier - He was pleasant, professional, very competent and thorough. We will be signing a service contract and looking forward to each visit, these folks are an excellent, well run local company!

We recently experienced every South Floridian’s worst nightmare — we got back from a summer vacation to a dead AC unit and a house that was 95 degrees. We called a few companies for emergency service but the compressor was fried. I called Tony (the owner) of Ferrara’s Air and he came out first thing on Sunday the next day. We decided I’d need a new system installed (ours was 13 years old and admittedly on its last leg). No one had our specific air handler in stock but Tony reached out to his network and was able to get one for install the very next day! The following morning he drove all the way to Miami to pick it up and his crew of installers (Nick and Erik) showed up punctually at 9am and did a terrific, conscientious job installing the new system on a hot July day. Two days from first call to install and we’re sitting happily in our nicely cooled home. Big thanks to Tony, Jose and his installers Nick and Erik for doing a great job!! I highly recommend Ferrara’s for anyone that wants a job done fast and right.

Jeff was prompt, professional, and courteous. He answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. My only concern was that the company charged me $1,050 for the AC motor.

UPDATED REVIEW:
I called the company to inquire about my bill and asked to speak to the owner. A woman called me back and said she was one of the owners. I told her that I priced the motor for my AC unit and the (Trane) OME price was in the $200 range (the motor I got from them was a generic motor), so why was I charged $1,050 for the motor? She told me that I was charged for an "emergency" call since it was on Saturday. I then said that I would like to have an itemized invoice showing labor, parts, and ALL service charges. She said "we don't do that" and that I agreed to the charges, (which I did since my wife is on oxygen 24/7 and to go without air conditioning for several days would have been detrimental to her). So at this point I don't know how much I was charged for the motor, labor, and additional charges, except that the charges were exorbitant.

The bottom line is for service and a $200 part I was charged $1,275 by Ferrara Air, Inc. Needless to say I will never deal with this company again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

Also note that they indicate over 700 5 star reviews ONLY on Google review summary, however you can see the negative reviews by clicking on "lowest" for a more accurate review of this company.

I will also be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this.

Great experience overall with Ferrera’s and my technician, Jeff! He showed up to my condo shortly after I made my initial call and had things cooling down shortly after! Customer service team was incredibly helpful with scheduling and coordinating with my tenant! Thank you!
