Obtained many quotes on replacing 2 A/C systems in my home and their quote, while not the cheapest, was reasonable given current south Florida market conditions. Their techs were responsive, timely, and professional. Would certainly recommend them!

I can’t tell you what a wonderful experience I had with Ferrara’s Air. I called. They came right away. JAMES was wonderful. He figured out what the problem was after. Doing what they call a diagnostic to find out what my problem was he fixed it and it’s running beautifully not only did I get that I got a report that printed out along with a wonderful invoice that explained . Everyone there was so helpful between Indira and the rest of the staff. I just can’t thank them enough for their honesty and their professionalism.

Great customer service. I had James as my a/c tech. He was wonderful. He explained everything to us that needed to be worked on and showed us everything in detail. Nothing was forced on us. He explained the pricing accordingly..wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Very honest and kind. Thanks again, pam and evan.

James did a thorough review of the wiring mess I made of the system and put it back together really quickly. It’s great to have experienced people come to my rescue. James was FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommend!!! He was respectful, stayed on topic, and quick & efficient!! I felt super safe having him in my home and would recommend him to any one. Even our cat liked him :) He diagnosed & repaired our heater issue quickly and even double checked extra things to be thorough. 10/10 customer service experience!!

Our air stopped working and they got us on the schedule very fast. Our service tech, Jeff, was amazing. He was clean, polite, professional…etc. he took the time to explain everything to us and made suggestions on how to approach our system and to maintain it for longevity. We loved the company so much from start to finish that we are now using them for our maintenance every 6 months.

In 2023 My air conditioner was so old I expected it to stop any minute for the last 6 years.. finally I started calling contractors.. I had five contractors come to give me guidance and bids..
The first three said they could put the new air conditioner in the Attic where the old one is.. one contractor from a very well known company said we needed to put the new system in the garage but they do not do removal and replacement..
Then Tony Ferrara walked in.. after I told him.. 'she runs, but I think any minute she'll die'
Tony said.. 'let the old girl Run until she actually i will be able to get over to you the minute that happens'..
That was August 2023
That old air ran another 2 years..
Tony was the only contractor that didn't pressure me..or make me feel more fear..
Additionally he said he would not put it in the attic the only way he would do it is if we moved into the garage because that's the only proper way..
remember those first 3 contractors tried to get me to put one in the attic immediately in 2023.
I worked for an apartment complex for 23 years I've dealt with dozens of contractors and contractors get a pretty bad rap because a lot of them are not upfront and honest They want you to be fearful that something's going to break immediately so they have a job that minute...but that's not Tony..
Tony is upfront & honest. He personally trains his men ..who were all absolutely fantastic.. look at the pictures they built that in one day with all the stuff upstairs air ducts. And of course a new concrete pad for the exterior.
Looking for your air conditioner contractor call several of them Wait for Tony for last and then you'll understand everything I've said in this review..
The air conditioners performing so well because it's not in the attic just like Tony said.. air conditioner costs have gone down since it was put in.. Just like Tony said.. My advice is listen to all the rest and then bring Tony in cuz he will tell you the truth.. And we can't put a dollar value on a truthful honest person..

I also waited two years to call them because my old air conditioner chugged along another 2 years... Just like Tony said!!

AC went out Saturday morning. One Hour came out quickly and found that the condenser had a leak. Technician said I had to wait until Monday to have fixed or replaced. Charged me diagnostic fee and left. The tech did not even take the fan off to find the leak for a possible quick fix. Called another company and got fixed within 2 hours. I got totally ripped off. Lets see if they make it right by reaching out for a refund..

UPDATE: Received call from Customer Service from One Hour who after all this info, decided NOT to have service fee refunded because the "technician did come out". Well he didn't fix the issue or even attempt to fix the issue. Please be very cautious using this company. I would use someone else. $99 dollars down the drain.

Elvin was a wonderful tech and did an awesome job replacing our coils efficiently! Marilyn and Troy behind the scenes at one hour were equally a pleasure to work with … I’ve been using them for over 32 years and hope to continue another 32 staying cool!

Terrible experience, felt extremely scammy. Receptionist says they're sending out someone VERY experienced with humidity (my issue), he arrives, barely gives any feedback and says since it's an offday, their 'expert' will visit later in the week. Their expert arrives later in the week, says he will call his supervisor who is their 'expert'. They quoted me between $5,000-$20,000 because I needed to replace my unit that was LESS than THREE years old lol. I declined, have kept my AC at 69 degrees and no longer have a humidity issue. Funny how their suggestion was to replace an entire unit. If it was the unit, why would lowering the temperature (putting more strain on the unit) remove my humidity issue?

My family and I was without a functioning ac for nearly 48 hours. Thanks to One Hour AC and Heating, the fam was comfortable again. Tech Fawaz Saffie thank you for your expertise and quick service! You saved the day!

Fawaz really was more helpful than I could have imagined. He came in, assessed the problem thoroughly and gave me the best option to get my AC going again. Highly recommend for his professionalism

Replace the TXV METERING DEVICE Which wasn’t the problem AT ALL!!!!! Everything was measuring properly when the new AC company came out he showed me it all unlike one hour ac and heating!!! However Thank you rude lady for being shady and rubbing me the wrong way with You’re nasty Attitude because I asked to respect a question about a part that’s being replaced on MY UNIT in my HOUSE!
Thank you because if it wasn’t for you being a nasty human I Would’ve allowed this shady company to do a job that DIDNT need to be done!
I was able to get another HVAC-company out within 3 hours they fixed the job ( not the TXV) and I saved $900 .
also lady you lied about parts taking a long time new company told me you guys are lies because if it was the TXV METERING DEVICE he would’ve been able to change it very quickly. No parts are taking 100+ days Covid is over and The worst part is, they initially offered us a spot ac and then was denied because I asked to Repeat the part that was being replaced on MY UNIT I mean I understand why she didn’t wanna tell me now IT WASN'T THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!

Manager refunded me the $99 after many calls to only get the same rude lady and was hung up on multiple times by the same lady.

Saturday night review! We called at 8 PM and Peter was here before 9 PM. He was the nicest guy, great personality, helpful, clean, near, respectful... what more can I say? Good hire and did great work! Thank you One Hour Air and Peter!!

The AC clogged up on a Friday evening and after a call for service, Marcus showed up quickly. He is wonderful ❤️. He diagnosed the issue, cleared the clog, stayed with the calk until he was sure the leak was resolved and did everything with a smile. Great service as always.

Great job, reasonable price and same day installation. Well above my expectations. HVAC was not working. They gave me all the options and I chose replacement as the unit was 12 years old. Highly recommend this company
