GreenTree was recommended to me by a friend. I was looking for a new AC company after the one i was using changed owners and started operating like all the big shops. Antonio from GreenTree was great. He did a through job looking over the entire system. He took the time to explain what he was seeing in the system. He made appropriate reccomendations to address what he saw and was super professional leaving the area perfectly clean just like he found it. Great first impression and I would absolutely recommend them.

I have had a very good experience with Green Tree. While they don’t provide after hours service, the team responded to me that evening when my AC failed and they managed to get me in 1st thing in the morning. I can recommend having a service agreement with them as the trouble was finally remedied with a servicing. (A deeper service has been advised though.).

The team at greentree is the dream team. They are the only company that we have dealt with that take so much pride in their work. They fixed our wine cellar that we were having so many problems on. They also clean d our ac units from all of the construction dust we accumulated during construction. David and Jorge were such professionals and had great communication thru the process.

I own a 20+ year old Trane a/c which recently began overheating due to the cooling fan not working. Other than this, it has been an unstoppable work horse. With basic maintenance over the years, this unit still blows cold as well as in 2003. Today Jorge responded to its 3rd service call in its entire life. 2006, 2018, and today 2023. Jorge knew exactly where to find the problem, and was super friendly and informative. Once he got a good diagnosis he explained to me the problem and insisted he should try an easy fix first, then we could see. Great approach, which was very fair. (I won’t mention the name of the earlier tech who said it would cost $ five times more!) Honesty is always the best policy, and delivered by friendly professional advisors is how you win my business! I opted for the service plan with GreenTree and have been pleased with the professionalism every time. Yohanes has been the tech supporting my service plan and he’s been 5 stars always. I'm hanging on to this unit for now since it's still running great and we keep it running efficiently. I will take advantage of the newer technology when I can, but for now it’s Yohanes that makes it hard to stop my ol' Trane.

We had GreenTree Air Conditioning replace our ductwork last week, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The crew worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend GreenTree for anyone needing HVAC work done!

Green Tree Air Conditioning did an excellent job. We had some remediation done in our home due to a leak. We also needed our AC ducts replaced and our air handler cleaned due to mold. The first company we hired left mold in the AC handler and leaks throughout the ducts. Green Tree came in and completely cleaned the air handler, reconstructed the plenum and sealed all the ducts. They were professional and made sure the job was done right.

Antonio was absolutely fantastic. Very attentive and detailed in his review and proactive on what needed to be done on our unit. Overall our experience with green tree customer service is excellent. We needed someone to help us and they had a tech come out in less than 24 hrs ! Thank you for what you do.

I don't know anything about their AC work, but I do know that one of their truck's (#107) purposely sped up, refusing to let me merge on to the Sawgrass Exwy yesterday. Would've practically run me off the road, if I didnt slow down drastically, almost to a stop. My blinker was on, there was plenty of time for the truck to remain at the same speed and allow me to merge, or sped up even sooner, to get ahead, since I wasnt the one trying to rac, guess they were just in a major hurry, or something.

Anyways, Im leaving this review here in hopes the driver of truck #107 (@430p on 11/18, near the Coral Ridge exit on the swgs expwy) will see it & be a little more cautious, & considerate when driving especially, when driving the company's trucks, which is a huge billboard advertisement in itself.

Jonathan put in a lot of time and effort, and did an excellent job. It is greatly appreciated! We learned a very valuable lesson to only hire a trane certified company! We had 3 previous companies come and all gave different analysis. We hired the 3rd company only to waste money and not get results. So again thank you Jonathan and Green Tree for correctly repairing our central AC!! We will definitely use your services going forward.

Excellent. On time, curteous, friendly, polite, thorough. Our system was installed by GreenTree around 5 years ago & we would not go elsewhere for service because they have been fantastic on every maintainance visit ever since, plus we have had virtually no issues with the installation.

Gus and the team were great! We mentioned we had Valentine’s Day plans later and needed to be out by 5:30pm - sure enough they wrapped everything up and were out on time! They replaced our condenser and handler, so a full days work, and cleaned up everything. Great communication throughout the day and very professional. Would recommend to anyone!

Great experience with GreenTree!! From the initial assessment to the installation, the team was very professional and thorough. Junior was very knowledgeable on what had to be done prior to the installation and Eric installed it with close attention to details. Highly recommend. Good price for value as well vs other companies I quoted for the job.
