I was so worried about the door of my very expensive
dishwasher that was recently installed (by the delivery company) because the door squeaked after tge other co.'s installed was rough with it. Jared was so great, competent and super nice, and checked everything else out also. They are great! Mr. Appliance is very competent and I highly recommend them!

Unskilled Technician was trying to remove the ice maker from my refrigerator by pulling-pushing and shaking the entire refrigerator that’s when my wife’s Italian vase (26in height by 10 width) fell to the ground breaking in small pieces and braking the floor tile. The Italian vase was an expensive gift from my late mother-in-law to my wife (it was her last gift before her passed away). I called the their main office to make a complaint and they told me that “accident happens!!!” The company Mr. Appliance refused to pay for any damages also refused to offer a discount as a compensation.
There is more…..after their technician left I noticed that the new ice maker looks crooked that’s when I noticed the ice maker was not secured in the track!! I had to call Mr. Appliance again and it took three weeks for them to come back to fix their poorly job. On their second visit the same technician broke a small plate that was on kitchen counter top….thats right…first visit they broke a $2k Italian vase and the floor tile….second visit they broke a cheap small plate!!!
I called Mr. Appliance customer service five times asking them to pay for damages but they refused…they kept saying “accident happens”!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH MR. APPLIANCE….THEY ARE UNINSURED UNSKILLED and DISRESPECTFUL!!!

I am very happy with how Jared showed up in the window given and was able to find the problem and was able to fix it quickly, no muss, no fuss. Jared is very polite and explains everything he's doing. This company waves the service call fee if you have them do the repair job after trouble-shooting what the problem is. Yes, I was very satisfied.

Fixed the problem immediately. My washer had bad motor. About 1 hours he was done.

They were very timely in addressing my issue. Repair was rectified in 3 days from start to finish.

Great, family owned company. Honest and reliable. They might not be the least expensive in town, but they stand behind their work and don't stop until the job is finished the right way.

Spent thousands on this company
on my fridge to get fixed for a couple of
Years now but it was never fixed and they come back multiple times after the fridge isn’t fixed and tell
Me now it’s 400 dollars and 300 and 800 and every time I pay the same thing happens over and over again after spending close to 4 grand here today I was told it would be another 400 after they just tried
To fix it and I spend more money for the reacurring

To be fixed just for them to tell me a couple of days later it’s an additional 400 . DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have decided after spending this much on repeated repairs of the same
Problem to just buy a new fridge as it would be cheaper in the long run then constantly having to pay them for issues they can’t even fix .
