Excellent service, reasonably priced, would absolutely recommend. We’ve had Wyatt out to fix our washing machine, and most recently our fridge. He’s prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Honest, reliable and efficient. The technician made sure to show me my appliance work and went over cause of issue thoroughly. It was one of the most professional service calls I’ve had in a long time.

My service professional opened the washing machine quickly assumed a clamp was missing on the door gasket. As he didn't bother to test or even look inside the machine, hopefully this is all it is.

Then I was informed me that it's a $240 flat fee for any labor including installing a clamp on the door gasket. Very easy. Paid the "diagnostic" fee of $129 instead despite no diagnosing having been done.

I wasn't expecting someone to show up and work for nothing but their pricing is comically excessive. There is a long list of appliance repair companies, go with another.

EDIT: There is no clamp on the outside, only on the drum itself (It's fine). Turns out the gasket was simply not seated to the metal lip of the washer which created a gap for water to get out. I correctly seated the gasket and now no leak.

Professional, skilled and courteous. Best company ever to fix your appliances. Very honest and a great value. Highly recommend!

They came and checked my freezer they were honest and explained that the repair would be more expensive than to purchase a new one. I paid a fee of 139 so they could tell me that. It was worth it to be honest

Mike arrived as promised and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer. When the part arrived two days later, he was installing them in spite of a hurricane scare. Problem identified, problem solved. That's worth five stars.

Mike was on time and did a great job of diagnosing our dryer repair - no actual repair was needed, however Mike told us what was wrong, which led us to correct the electrical problem that existed. Thank you Mike - I will DEFINITELY be using you the next time we need anything repaired!

Mike showed up the same day we called him. His honesty about my 5 year old LG fridge was appreciated. He did offer to try and change a part for the freezer, but the part was costly and would take another day to get.Upon questioning him as to what he would do, we decided to just buy a new fridge. Products today just simply are not the products of past days.

What a great company!!! I had a small issue with my washer and a bigger issue with another company. The other company told me they’d be out 2 days in a row between certain times, they didn’t show and couldn’t be bothered to call in a timely or considerate manner. I called 1 Step and Mike was out the next morning! He told me he was booked but said he could make time if he came before 9 am, what a great worker! Very informative and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend using him for any and all applicable repair.

Mike is awesome! He’s quick to respond, he’s courteous, and very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. AND, he saved me a call to a plumber! He has now helped me with my garbage disposal and washing machine.
