I rarely post reviews and even rarer do I post a positive experience but my experience with Mike swayed me to leave this. Great communication prior to the appointment, showed up exactly when he said he would, most importantly he was extremely honest. Mike explained everything clearly and even provided me with some future advice for continued use of my existing washer or if I chose to replace it. If you are looking for someone who you can completely trust and wont take advantage of you, look no further.

Mike fixed my dryer last month and saved me from a costly replacement. 7 weeks later, he fixed my laundry washer as well. (go figure)

Similar issues, with what have been expensive parts... Mike was able to repair what was there without the unnecessary expense of new parts.

I'm grateful for his expertise and honesty.

Would absolutely use again.

Response was quick. Technician came out about an hour after the call. Initial service went great. Told Vincent we had the FPL protection plan on the fridge and we had a few rolling surges then the fridge stopped cooling. He said its likely the main board but wanted to make sure the compressor wasn't bad as well so he would come out the next day to fill out the FPL claim paperwork. Said it would be no problem.

That was august 21st. I have called multiple times and have gotten no reply or follow up. Payment for the visit was already given as well.

Unfortunately, scammed. This is why no one wants to call smaller businesses in the area.

Tony came out as quickly as possible and was very knowledgeable regarding the issues we were having. He gave recommendations and was very kind!

Fast & friendly service. Quick repair on clogged freezer lines and then repaired our garbage disposal when it seized.

Anthony did such a wonderful job fixing our oven in a timely manner and was very friendly! Thankful for his fast work and superior service!

I needed my clothes dryer fixed, and A&J Appliance Repair came the very next day. The cost was very reasonable, and the technician was courteous and professional. I highly recommend A & J Appliance Repair.

Tony and Vincent came to the house fix the issue very fast super reasonable did not rip me off show me exactly what was wrong and it was only a $95 fix and I have a working dryer. I will always use this company now. They were amazing.

I paid a down payment of 170 for stove top sensor it has been 12 days now and we can’t get them to make an appointment to fix the stove and keep that appointment. I gave Vincent the check at 4:30 pm on the fifth. It was posted to my bank account at4:57 pm only 27 minutes later and at night and after banks are closed. I wish their service was that fast. This is in no way reflects a company that wants to provide acceptable service. Fact it appears to me they took the money and don’t intend to do the repair.

Called in Friday afternoon, Tony was here Saturday morning. Explained the problem right away. Got the washer working. Gave helpful advice if further problems occur. Very professional and explained everything so I could understand.
