I was in a very unusual situation. I live on the West Coast of Florida, and own a home in Port St. Lucie that my daughter-in-law and her husband Live in. I got a call that they walked into their house, and Found it flooded throughout, … (it was determined their toilet water supply line had busted open and was shooting 60psi of water into their house… For Lord knows HOW many hours. it was so bad, that the water pressure shot a hole through the bathroom wall, into their master closet behind the bathroom.😳)
Well, I was beside myself. While I was calling the insurance company, my daughter-in-law contacted Servpro of Port St. lucie. And as insurance companies often do, with procedures that have to be followed, it was taking too long to get someone there. Tristin and Amani with ServPro got there within an hour Of my daughter-in-law‘s phone call!
They were informative, knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY efficient. They arrived around 8:30pm, and worked diligently until 2 AM… Got all the water out of the house, and set up all their equipment to dry out and dehumidify the home. I could finally take a deep breath And relax, knowing they were there to take care of it. The drying process takes 3 to 5 days (According To Tristin) … Fingers crossed it turns out as well as it looks like it’s going to!

Servpro is the best! We had sadly our neighbors upstairs hotwater heater fault due to maintence neglect on thier part. Happened at 6:38am on a Monday morning. Immedialty took photos and videos for StateFarm, submitted those and same day StateFarm sent out servepro mitigation to immedialty start water removal treatment. Our place being historical and being built in 1925 here in fort pierce they did good care at also being careful and respectful of listening to us and our concerns and being careful with the 101 year old door and carefully removing the 101 year old baseboards to be put back into place. Tristin, Ramon, Justin, JD, Armani We’re all the techs here everyday mitigating water removal, checking water saturation and the drying process how it was coming along. Next step is building it all back which we are using the reconstruction side of Servpro as well which I’m sure they will do a fantastic job!
