Called Serve Pro after the latest down pour. I had water coming from the exterior of my home. They came out right away. Tristan Cox was the service provider and he was very nice and very attentive to my situation. Very professional. Put on foot protection to protect my house which I thought was very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend after my experience with Tristan. Thanks again.

Such an amazing group of people. From the first visit with Nick coming into our home to evaluate the situation with the mold and water damage. He made the process easy to understand. The crew came in, Justin, Rosa, and Barbara and did an amazing job with the removal and clean up of the mold and water damage. They were all very professional and respectful of our home. Answered all our questions and made the process smooth. I work from home and did not have to miss a day of work as they got right on it when they arrived. I would recommend this company to anyone as they stand by their work. Thank you all again for an amazing job!!!

Tristin, Justin JD JUSTIN EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT they cleaned everything and no dust put everything in order when the left everything was spotless. They were informative in what they were doing. They were very courteous and very polite.

They in my opinion are no good ...very incorrect measurements...claimed to clean things that they could not even get to. Installed faulty electurical equipment in my home. In a small room they showed the ceiling larger than the floor...left electrical fittings hanging by the wires. Claimed to clean things that did not exist.
..and the use the term 'industry standards' to get ahead. Stay clear of them...They cut my alarm system..threw away the sensor..now we have no alarm. Left hardware for fans all over the floor..some now missing.

I can't say enough good about are experience we had with serv pro.
Especially with the crew that arrived at are home. We had major water damage to are home due to negligence of roofing company. They arrived within an hour of us calling them set up fans, dehumidifiers etc. It was an all-around positive experience.

Came home to a flooded house from a burst water line. Tristan & Armani came in less than an hour of being called, when the insurance approved company couldn't make it until the following day. They did incredible work, were very professional, and kind during a stressful time. They came in the evening and worked until after 2 am to make sure the job was done, water extracted, & fans and dehumidifier set up. While I hope there never is a next time, if there is, SERVPRO will be first on the list to call.

Absolutely in awe of the kindness, professionalism and patience my husband and I were shown during a flooding emergency at our house. From Bree answering my frantic call and talking me off the ledge, to Mike’s courtesy calls and messages to provide updates, I genuinely cannot thank Servpro enough for what they have done. I especially want to give a shout out to Tristin and Armani who came almost immediately and helped turned this nightmare into something manageable; The two of them did a phenomenal job stopping this situation from getting worse and did so with the absolute necessary calm and kindness that helped us wrap our heads around this situation. While I hope something like this never happens again, in the awful event that it does, I will look nowhere else but Servpro in PSL/Ft Pierce for my needs. Thank you guys again for everything.

had a toilet tank bolt corroded thru and flood the house of a friend who was away , contacted ServePro, PSL team was assigned to the mitigation process , Nick and his crews were amazing at the cleanup and dry up process very conscientious about the care of the property and contents ! Kristen, Chris and at least 2 more guys I didn't catch their name , Kudos to all , I would recommend ServePro Services to any of my family and friends, thanks Ron Kyzer !
