I met Sunrise Roofing from a trusted friend. The owners, Adrian and Maggie have been professional, friendly, prompt, fair priced and very efficient. I hired them to install two new metal roofs at two different properties now and I’m very pleased with the results. I have already referred them to other friends and family. Sunrise Roofing has earned my future business too.

I’ve used Adrian at sunrise roofing for 2 roofs now. Both times the roof turned out great and all my neighbors are impressed with speed of work and quality of job. Adrian is very professional and I recommend his company to every single person I know who needs roof work. I try to flip a house a year and if it needs a roof he is definitely my go to.

I provided a 3 star rating only because Adrian’s workers did a fine job of repairing my car port in early November. I awarded the job to Sunrise Roofing in late October, based on the following criteria: 1) reasonable pricing (although at the time, full estimate disclosure was not included); 2) with the promise to complete the job the following week. After several text messages and at times no response, the job was finally started two weeks later! Below are a string of text messages that have occurred between October-January. As of today, I am still waiting for the gutter to be replaced.

Job promised to begin on Thursday 10/24, or Friday, 10/25.

Response from Adrian: Good morning we had issues with on the vans heading there. If we can fix it before noon we will head that way.

Hi Adrian, I expected you at the house last week and another week has passed with no communication. Can you please provide me with a date and time as to when you can fix the carport?

Friday, 11/1
Response from Adrian: Good morning. We will be there tomorrow morning. I do apologize for the lack of communication. I will make sure to be better at it.

Saturday, 11/2 after a brief rain shower
Text from Adrian-Good morning, we were unable to finish because we got rained on but the roof is water tight. The only thing left to do is to put the new shingles on.

My response: Ok. Can you tell me when you will be able to finish? Also, will you be replacing the under siding?

Adrian’s response: The undersiding was never quoted.

My response: Can you do it & provide pricing?

Adrian’s response: Of course I’ll give you a price on Monday.

My response: Are you putting a new gutter? Old one gone.

Adrian’s response: The gutter was beyond repair. I will be sending you the estimate for the additional work by noon.

Text from Adrian-Good afternoon I forgot to send the quote but I will send it tomorrow morning it came out to 425.

Wednesday, 11/6 -shingle underlining installed but no gutter. When Adrian came to receive payment, he apologized for not installing the gutter and promised that it would be installed the following Tuesday, Free of charge!

Adrian, I just wanted to reach out to let you know how disappointed I am. Your work is fine but your lack of completing the job, communication, & inability to disclose FULL work in estimate is less than desirable. You disclosed work dates & never showed until I continually followed up, including your promise to add the gutter. I’ve had several people ask about work & number but did not refer you!

Adrian’s response: I’m truly sorry and that’s not how I usually do work. I promise I always do as I say. But unfortunately I have been dealing with personal family matters that have been keeping me from doing what I used to do. Your gutter will be up at no additional cost. And once again I’m sorry to have disappointed.

Adrian, it is now almost the end of January and the gutter you promised has not been installed. Can you let me know when it will be done.

AS OF TODAY, FEBRUARY 1, I have not received a response and the gutter has not been installed!

Met Adrian owner of Sunrise Roofing and was very impressed. He described everything he was going to do on my new standing seam 24 g metal roof. He did an amazing job and he and his wife sweetest lady ever Maggie made the whole process such a pleasurable experience. Adrian was at the job every day supervising job and Maggie always kept me up to date on dates of installations and inspections. Sunrise roofing was fast, professional and installed an excellent quality metal roof in timely fashion at a good price. Adrian was very accurate at predicting when the materials and permitting would be done & had the job completed with final inspection passed in less that 2 weeks from signing a contract. They picked up after themselves and left the yard in the same condition as before they started. I would not even bother calling another roofer for my next job.

My electrician made a hole in my new metal roof when he installed a new electrical service. Adrian was very responsive to my request for a roof repair estimate. He came out the day I called. While there he noticed a couple other issues on my roof that he could repair. The next day he sent a very reasonable estimate, which I accepted. Within 2 days, he came out and repaired my roof. He showed excellent communication and workmanship
and was finished within 3 hours. I highly recommend Sunrise Roofing and will call Adrian again if I have a roofing need.
