I hired Jean for my project of installing tile in all the bedrooms in my house because he was very responsive to my many questions, made good suggestions, and offered to move the furniture as needed as the project advanced from room to room around the house. His team of installers were very good at maintaining a clean environment while completing their flawless installation. I found Fratelli Contractors to be the most professional contractor I have dealt with in a very long time, and wish I had known about them for my previous hardscape projects.

We had one issue. There was a manufacturing defect with the grout that was initially installed for our porcelain tile flooring. The next day, Jean promptly took care of the issue and had his crew replace it all. He definitely stands behind his work. We will call him for any future projects.

Fratelli installed three rooms of tile that I obtained from Floor & Decor and did an amazing job. They were super helpful from start to finish, including picking up my tile order, delivering it to my house, accommodating my request for a fast schedule, and doing a fabulous job on the installation. They were there for several days and cleaned up after themselves each day. I also asked them to do some repair work in another room, in addition to the installation they were doing, and in that other room they replaced a number of tiles that were either broken or poorly installed by a different contractor and Fratelli do so quickly and skillfully and at a good price. I would definitely use them again in the future should the need arise. Thank you Jean and Team!

I hired Fratelli Contractors to install my flooring and baseboards. They did a phenomenal job. The team that did the installation were quick, efficient, and answered any questions I had. I Definitely would recommend them.

From start to finish the communication and transparency was beyond what we expected. Always got an immediate response. They removed tile and carpet before placing down our new tile and the house was spotless afterwards.
