My husband and I just bought a place and I was in a panic trying to find someone to do our floors while we were out of town.

I made a call based on a Google search after the originally company we hired failed us and the owners Shelby and Jean honestly became our hero’s!
Not only did they pick up our product for us, Shelby stayed in constant communication, giving us updates and photos as they went along. When the bullnose for the steps did not match quite right, Shelby and Jean went out of their way to make sure they would. They went to three different Floor and Decor locations to make sure there would be perfect match, all again while we were not there. We were in a very vulnerable spot and could have easily been taken advantage of, but not with Fratelli.
We are absolutely thrilled with our floors and our choice to go with Fratelli Contractors.
We will definitely be using them again while we continue renovations.

Excellent work!!! The most generous way to describe me is demanding and type A. So the fact that I’m completely satisfied with their work and would leave a glowing recommendation says something. Jean was always very responsive, open lines of communication so I knew what was going on and when. Their work was meticulous and any minor thing I had a question about was immediately addressed and remedied. The price was right as well. They did my entire house (3700+ sq ft) within a couple weeks. (It would have been sooner if I hadn’t changed my mind twice…). They handled all the pick up and delivery of the floors as well. I would hire him again in a heart beat; I will be using him for more projects in the future and have recommended him to my friends as well.

As a contractor he’s done 100’s of bathrooms and flooring installs for my company, including porcelain tile, marble, shower pan pitches, luxury vinyl. All his install crews are polite and know their trade well. Most importantly Fratelli stands behind his work once completed.

This is by far the most professional tile project I have ever had done. They moved the furniture carefully. Covered our vanities and clothes in our closet with plastic. Removed the carpet and jack hammered the tile out of the master bath. Every bit of dirt and dust was removed. Then the tiling was done. I have never seen the precision with which Nelson worked. The grout lines are uniform and the pattern perfect. The threshold to the great room is amazingly level and perfectly done. Then came the grout. And again the whole floor was washed and cleaned. The caulk was next and that was done perfectly as well. Furniture was replaced. The whole experience was fantastic!!! Best job ever!!!

My wife and I are new to the area and looking to do pretty substantial renovations to our new home. We searched the area and interviewed about a dozen contractors to find the right company for us. With the permission of the homeowners, Jean brought us on a couple of his job sites to show the level of work and made us feel very comfortable. He was open with letting me talk to his other customers and I think the biggest differentiator is how the contractor handles issues and change orders which Jean was professional and very fair so they are definitely the right choice. I can't express how pleased we are with the final results. We did a complete demo and reconfiguration of the interior. Fratelli did all of the construction, electrical, plumbing, and flooring. The team made great suggestions along the way to make it that much better. I would and have recommended Fratelli Contractors for any home renovation project.

Over the past few years, we remodeled three bathrooms, and installed a new bath in a guest house, with Fratelli Contractors. Each project was a wonderful, easy, fun experience. From demo to plumbing to tile - their crew handled even the tiniest of details with care and thought. I am very (VERY) picky, and they always answered my questions and gave me a lot of options. On the rare occasion when we needed to tweak something they responded immediately and kindly. Such a nice change from other contractors who either ignore your calls or want to argue over everything. Fratelli's pricing was very fair and they worked quickly. I know they have expanded into other construction projects and will bring the same high standards of professionalism and quality to all their work. My pictures are not the best, but these spaces look like showrooms now! I recommend them 100000%
