They installed my new furnace without any problems and did it quickly and professionally. My house feels so much cozier now!

Robert completed the most professional and comprehensive service of my AC unit. This was my twice yearly service. He walked me through the complete service which I appreciated. He showed me photos and videos of my service. This was the most thorough service I have ever received. I hope Robert is the technician who handles my next service in six months. I have been with Sansone for many years. I get a new AC (Carrier) about every 10 years. Thank you.

Alex did a great job taking a look at my AC unit. He noted there was no need to for a new unit and everything looked as good as it could for a unit that wasn’t working 8 years old. Appreciated his expertise and knowledge (and the fact the he didn’t try to sell me a new unit!)

After waiting nearly 3 months for an A/C Maintenance, I was called today to reschedule the appointment and that they had no availability for at least another 3 weeks out and suggested a January appointment. Something must be going on with Sansone. I never used to have this problem. Same week service in the past.

I called in for a quote on a new compressor and new unit(10-29) Ac tech Stephen came by and we talked, He basically sold me the unit..We discussed the common failures with the carrier and i did some research compared to a Trane (original 14yrs old) I got a quote for a carrier 3ton with a 10 year on parts and labor..The salesman "Earl" called and offered to give me an incentive to close the deal with a uv light for the air handler..Needless to say. we closed the deal, install crew came by at 830 and by 1230 it was done...I love professional tradesmen that have a code of work ethics and integrity..The whole outfit is exceptional. God is Good..

Michael Cooper is a terrific tech, and a really great representative of Sansone. It’s often quite stressful when the AC breaks down in Florida, but Michael’s whole professional and friendly demeanor assured me that I was in good hands. Thanks, once again, Sansone!

I usually do my own home repairs but also know when it's over my head. I called Sansone and the tech took his time listening to what my situation was. He came up with a solution and got the job done Total professional. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Sansone installed a new AC unit 2 and a half years before this review. I thought they did a great job and received decent service after the fact. To the point where I recommended them to quite a few people who needed new ACs or maintenance. Unfortunately the feedback I received from those people, was not as positive as what I would have hoped. And the last year and a half through the maintenance program I had continued to experience regular cancellations the week or day of for my scheduled well in advance maintenance. Almost always pushing the appointment out a full month. I renewed and scheduled for this year. Again I was pushed out a month for my maintenance appointment. Within that month my AC had issues related to maintenance. They sent someone immediately out to look at that, and said they would be out for the maintenance in the following two weeks. Today at 9am (the started time of my window for my rescheduled maintenance) I start receiving repeated phone calls in from Sansone. When I called them back, I am told that familiar line - "We have to reschedule your maintenance appointment." Not only have I sunk hours and additional money into fixing things myself, but they are not servicing the unit as I had prepaid for, making the situation worse. Maybe the problem is they already have my money. Either way, everything everyone was telling me was proving true and I promptly asked for a refund for the unfulfilled service. I would not recommend them anymore and now find myself apologizing to everyone I already did.

The Technician C.J. was Excellent, He was very prompt. professional, diligent and explained everything to my wife and me as he was doing the work. He Also was extremely friendly and courteous cleaning up after he completed all the work. I would Definitely Recommend Sansone and C.J. for anyone needing plumbing services!
