After trouble shooting my 20 year old system Jason recommended the Daikin Fit system as a replacement. The system was installed by Israel Camacho the following day. Great service and follow up!!

I booked thru Angi on line and was quoted a price of $475 for my job. Very polite and attentive CSR answered my call. I asked details on how they would perform the work, the steps involved, and such. The CSR consulted someone within their organization and came back to me, canceling their quote and said they were not accepting my job.
This is rather unprofessional and wasted a lot of my time. Will never contact them again.

I submitted a refund request over three weeks ago after the technician charged my tenants despite me providing clear instructions that I would be the one paying. I submitted a new payment for them to issue a refund and now It has been three weeks and my tenants have not received the refund. Customer service said it would take 5-7 buisness days but after three weeks with no updates or resolution, they declined my request for a tracking or reference number for the supposedly processed reimbursement. At the moment, Sansone has collected payment twice for the same job without any clear direction on what to expect.

We’ve had Raul Benitez as our A/C service technician for years, and he continues to be the best in the business. He visited us again on January 17, 2026, and provided the same high-quality, honest service we’ve come to expect. Raul is professional, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure our air conditioning system is running perfectly. If you want someone you can actually trust in your home, ask for Raul.

Landon did a great job. He found an issue that needed to be addressed and fixed it on the spot. He also went above and beyond and wiped off the cover of the filter on the ceiling so we didn’t have to climb a ladder to do it! Great service in Delray!

Alex was an incredibly knowledgeable technician. He explained everything to me so thst I understood what the installation will entail and he did so with respect and kindness. Most other technicians in other co are very pushy. I was comfortable to make my decision without pressure. I purchased the entire package. Thank you, Alex

We had a great experience with Dylan! He was professional, helpful, and very fast. He even had our baby giggling! He let us know about a twice a year subscription that will save my husband and I a ton of time and worry about needing to make sure the AC is treated. He was wonderful!
