I bought a home from Ryan homes.
They use strada as an electrician contractor. The light switch in the master bedroom was installed quite far from the door. It needed to be moved.
I waited since november 2024. Today Sean the eletrician a real nice guy came in to move the switch.
After looking at the switch he called his
Supervisor Anil. This guy wanted to put an aditional plate on the wall to save time. They did it wrong to begin with.
Anyway he was not happy to do it the right way as per the plan of this house. Anil stormed out of the house calling me a moron in front of other employees and my wife. He is the worst unprofessional person. So far every other person from Ryan homes. strada and other sub contractors were very professional.
I do not want this Anil guy anywhere near my home again. He has no people skills and really rude.

Julio from Strata did an excellent job servicing our air conditioner. Julio is very courteous, personable and very professional. Excellent knowledge of our air-conditioning system he saw there was a little issue brought it to attention made and suggestion as to what it would take to fix the issue. we took his suggestion because we were very comfortable with his ability to do the maintenance on a air conditioning unit.

We had 2 techs come in our home. Andy Diaz and Hector both super guys. They worked together in each room installing fans and both worked together installing outdoor lighting and a ring camera. They worked the entire day without a break. So polite and cleaned up after. Both hard working guys. They deserve more than a five star rating!

I just had a recent meeting with Christopher M Beasley Dude was great. Showed up and got to work and got it all done.

Sham is freakin dope. Caught a leak and fixed it. Now the house is cooling down.

Prompt, knowledgeable, fast. Would definitely call them again.

Donald was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend 👌 👍

Donald is the owner and he is very good at what he does. I highly recommend him for all ur AC or heating needs.

Donald put a new system in my home. Came to my house when he said he would be there and did a great and clean job installing my unit. Would refer Donald and Air Team to anyone needing ac service.

I have been using Air Team on my home and rental units for 6 years now and always get prompt service even at the beginning of AC season. Don's prices are reasonable and this is important for me as a landlord as well as a homeowner.

Circumstances prevented me from being able to properly evaluate the quality of their work. After a personal visit I got a refund. I would say that anyone looking to have work done should consider this business.

Donald is extremely responsive to your ac needs and sets out to find the best solution possible! After dealing with 2 other ac people (whom both turned out to be unlicensed ), and appeared to charge for items they didn't complete properly and quoted us for unnecessary repairs, what a breath of fresh air to deal with Don. He has replaced 2 of our ac units in record time located at a small shopping center in town. Don't get steamed, call Air Team!!!

Mike from New England was very nice and professional. He explained the service he performed and readings from the unit. He checked everything prior to leaving and was considerate in not making a mess in my home.

CAUTION! We had an approved Generac generator installed and PSL city approved install however Pulte voided all warranty on all electronic appliances. This company looks for loop holes to void warranty work.

Buyer Beware! Buyer Beware! Buyer Beware!

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE… Or lack there of. Our family had an AC service scheduled months in advance (as that was the first available they could offer to us)
On the day of service, I took off of work to accommodate the 4 hour arrival window and nobody showed up. Calls went unanswered but they later said “the technician had an emergency and left a message on a family members phone”

We said — okay. Things happen. We were promised that a technician would visit one week later. The new date and 4 hour window were confirmed.

I take off of work AGAIN… and once again NOBODY SHOWED UP. Calls to the company have gone unanswered (now for weeks). Messages left with the company are unreturned.

This is absolutely disgraceful!

Is this company still even in business?
If so I would LOVE an explanation.

I looked at there ad online and it said 24 hour service. I called for emergency service and they said we don't come out after 10pm. Then why do you advertise 24 hour service???

Professional, courteous people. They installed a new air conditioning system in our home. No surprises or hidden costs. Great warranty and service.
