While fixing ice maker they broke the decorative front of entire ice maker. They admit breaking it. It state they can’t find the model # for the fridge so they are not responsible to fix it!

We have had their service for over one year now and when we went to renew our contracts the woman who helped me was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend them highly for piece of mind especially and how friendly they are.

Able to replace fan motor for much less than quoted price. Office contact would not accept the fact that there was a problem and grudgingly sent a tech who did find a problem.

Josh was one of the best service technician Ive had with Broward Factory in the past 20yrear membership. Any and I mean any repairs I need done where I have to call Broward for I will always ask for Josh. This is coming from a guy who normally always fixes things himself

The Worst Company I have ever Worked with Will never recommend to anybody . The technician that came out lied about checking my filter in the air condition unit never showed it to me when i asked him if it was dirty he said no.I took it out when he left to check myself and it was dirty. He told me he was only working for the company for a month probably didnt even know were the filter was. As for what he did outside he never said what was going on. I paid again to this company my co/pay for no service again. Will never call them again even though I have a contract with them till the fall. Will be finding a new company to service my needs.

As a snowbird I returned to my winter home and found that when I turned on my icemaker I got no ice. The repairman was there within quite a reasonable time. He was able to identify the problem within minutes (a jammed ice maker door. Please note that I turn off the ice maker and water before I leave for the summer months. The repair technician removed the icemaker and reset the jammed icemaker door and all checked well. Soon I had ice coming out in good quantities.

Chris was the service tech and he was prompt, courteous, nice, friendly and informative. He even wore a mask and booties for his shoes at my request. The repair of the dishwasher was great as well. Great experience!

Joshua was here this morning promptly to fix dishwasher door spring that had popped from its 'string.' He was done in less than half hour. Was very courteous and personable. Thank you for being my choice contractor for my appliances for the past 23 years.

Joshua Baker from Broward Factory Service was here to repair a leak under my kitchen sink and also found a leak on the garbage disposal. Joshua was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired the sink leak and installed a new disposal which was covered by my plan. I love Broward and have used them for many years. We have had a home warranty from Broward Factory Service for 3 years. We have full replacement coverage on our warranty but when our AC went out they told us we would have to wait a week in the summer heat with no AC while they attempted to get a part that might fix the AC unit. Their was no guarantee that waiting a week would fix the problem. Even thought we have paid thousands of dollars in annual home warranty costs we were forced to buy a new AC and spend another $5,000 for a new AC unit that should have been covered by the home warranty. They then installed the new AC unit wrong and after 6 days the AC went out. We called that morning and they would not send anyone to come look at the AC till the following day. We were left another night without air conditioning. The secretary that answered the phone was very rude to me and my wife. I have never felt so scammed and taken advantage of by a company in my life. I would not buy a home warranty or any product/service from this company ever again.

I'm in Port St Lucie and have had Broward factory service since 2015 and they have never let me down over the years. Highly recommend. Very professional business. Brand new AC and air handler installed the summer 2021 and did a great job. Anytime I've had something break that is covered they come out fix or replace.

Joshua Baker was a joy! 4 and 5 hr. windows are hard, but he called to let me know when he was estimating his arrival. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and even scooped up my puppy to put her at ease. He was here to address a problem with the recently replaced fill valve in my toilet and I was so impressed that I requested him for my A.C. maintenance and will continue to request him in the future!

Bought a new house and bought the home warranty. The first week the refrigerator stopped working and I had no hot water in the shower. The guy who came said I needed a cartridge for the shower and a part for the refrigerator. They said the part for the fridge might be delayed because of COVID. That was fine, but I would have liked to take a hot shower as soon as possible. After a week I began calling the office and kept getting the runaround. The shower cartridge should have been in stock since any plumber can get it. I made so many phone calls before I finally got someone to talk to me. He apologized for waiting on the shower cartridge and scheduled to come out. Guys came out and couldn't turn off the main shutoff valve. I had the water utility guy come out to check it later and he said they just needed a T-handle that you could buy at Home Depot. He even showed me it was working. I don't know why they didn't have this tool if they knew they would have to shut off the water! Anyway, they left without installing the cartridge and then later that evening I discovered I had no hot water at all! I don't know what they did to the hot water heater or if they turned something off. I ended up calling a plumber and just buying a new fridge from Lowe's. They took my money, wasted almost three weeks of my time, and fixed nothing. Needless to say, it was not the best experience for my first days in my new home. I wish I had never heard of this company and had just called a regular plumber from the beginning. I ended up having to anyway and I could have saved all this aggravation.

This morning we go up to a hot house, we all know how hard is to be with out AC in Florida. Call the office this morning got an appointment for the afternoon. Joshua was very considerate to call us on the way here. He did the job great job in explaining what was wrong and fixing the problem fast an efficient. That is one of the reason I been with Broward Factory Service for over ten years. They are always willing to help the customers.
