They made quick work of cleaning the sofa and took extra measures to protect the floors, the doorways and the house, they were great guys to talk to very accommodating and did a beautiful job. I would recommend your services to everyone that I know. Thanks for a great job.

The workers showed up on time, courteous, but because of miscommunication with customer service, not relating my recommendation properly, the workers returned thinking we complain, which was not accurate. We recommended an enclosure when cleaning dryer vent cause all lint goes all over the place including our neighbors yard, & cars.

Mustard mold stains were removed from upholstery quite easily. Both gentlemen were polite, efficient, and quick to complete task.
Found small spot missed but I was able to clean it thoroughly.

These guys also did my tile and a color sealant and it came out absolutely beautiful it looks like I got new floors!!! I am so pleased that I started crying!!! Two wonderful hard working men that did an outstanding job!!!! Thank you so much Stanley steemer!!!!

The two gentlemen that came to our house were just great ! They were so polite, friendly, respected our hose and they were very hard workers. And our light grey tiles with light grey grouting look so much cleaner ! It’s not all dried yet , but I can tell it’s much cleaner !
So were very happy with the job they did and would recommend them !

My whole experience with Stanley Steamer was top notch! From booking my appointment to Mark giving me the quote everyone was very professional. My technicians Rob and Angel were on time and made the job easy and seamless. They listened to my concerns and made my floors look brand new! Highly recommend the whole gang over there!

I had phoned in initially asking questions regarding if whips were used when cleaning the ducts and if they were NADCA certified and hooked up the truck directly and could clean the blower wheel and hvac etc. the young lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction so I booked an appointment. When the two gentlemen got here they were both very nice and professional. However they wouldn’t use whips to clean my ducts and I explained that was what I needed to ensure a thorough clean. I honestly should have just had them go after that but I needed the ducts cleaned. They removed the vents and put the foam up and started vacuuming out the ducts. I had paid a lot extra for the blower wheel and HVAC to be taken apart and cleaned and should of asked to watch as the gentleman said he cleaned it all but was only gone for about 5 minutes. I paid hundreds extra for that specifically and not sure how thorough it could be cleaned in 5 minutes. All in all the entire process they were here less than an hour when the initial young lady said it would take about 2 hours total. Unfortunately the ducts weren’t cleaned well enough as the testing still showed mold meaning they didn’t get it thoroughly cleaned (likely because whips weren’t used so the dust in the grooves of the flex wasn’t touched). I’m back to square one and not sure who to hire now. Be aware if you have a mold sensitivity and issue.

Did the best they could to get up the stains from our large family on white carpet. Looks and smells so much better!

Communication and customer service while booking was great. The technicians came during their scheduled time. They were professional, courteous... And clear about the process and our expectations of the outcome (The dining room chairs they were cleaning were used / stained and super dirty!). Set up and clean up was perfect.

They called me, to see if they could come earlier, which was better. Obner and the other technician did a great job, removing old cat urine stains from the previous homeowners' cat. Hopefully they'll stay gone after the carpets are dry.

Technician was polite. They were 1-1/2 hours late. really no difference in how the rugs, shower, or couch looked. All for 700.00+ dollars. Won’t call them again
