I've had BFS for 18 years and found them to be very reliable, knowledgeable, even the small items.
I had Josh Baker come to my house to fix and adjust the flapper. He was very fast, complete and even cleaned up when he was done.
When you find a good repair company you stay with them.
I would highly commend them.

Two BFS techs (Brian and Steeven) diligently worked on my problematic AC issue. It was a stubborn issue, but that they stayed focused. They coordinated with their supervisor, John, and replaced the suspected parts failure. Good job!
My contract is up for renewal in June and I will be renewing.

I have been a customer for 23 years and I have never wrote a review but my recent experience with the company has been exceptional. The staff was professional on the phone and, the technician Keith that they sent to my house to fix my refrigerator was by far the most knowledgeable in this field! I was extremely impressed!

I highly recommend Browardfactory for your ac/heating needs. They replaced an old thermostat, even going the extra mile to make the new one look nice in the old thermostat’s place. They also found a bad part inspecting the ac unit that could have led to more expensive future repairs. Keith and Steven were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, inventive and respectful of our property. This company was reasonably priced as well. So happy to be cool again with their attentive service.

Ongoing Issues Since November 2023: Unreliable Service, Lack of Accountability, and Incomplete Rewiring

I first contacted Broward Factory Company in November 2023 to service my AC unit, and since then, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite multiple visits and paying $2000, the unit remains non-functional. The technicians replaced the transformer but left the old one in, and the initial wiring was done incorrectly with open wires exposed. I provided photos that clearly depict the subpar work we paid an additional $231 for, as stated in our service documentation. Now, after subsequent visits, I'm left with a unit that requires complete rewiring. The total lack of accountability from their end is unacceptable. Avoid this company if you value quality service.

Jean and Ron arrived on time. They were clean, neat and professional. They did a terrific job! Our sofas and rugs look brand new. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer!

Don't… worst experience of my life.. I have used Stanley Steemer multiple times before.. However this time… my master bedroom received a charge for the closet and also a “fuel charge”.

I have the same service every 6 months but this time was awful! I had all the furniture moved and everything out the rooms to make it easier… however my daughters crib I turned at an angle.. Asked specifically because I wanted the carpet underneath cleaned… however didn't move it back to clean anything around the crib…. Photos attached.

The 2 gentlemen were at my house house for 35 minutes…

Never again! What a waste of time and energy. Don't recommend at all!!

Stanley Steemer did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. Workers were very polite and professional.

I was charged 50$ over the original price I was quoted. They did a good job and were friendly and polite.

The guys were nice for the most part but they were in and out (felt like about 20 min) and it was a rush job, the lips of all the steps are pretty saturated and were not cleaned, noticeable spots were not treated and i can tell from the carpet lines they didn't do the closets in all my bedrooms or move light things to clean under like my nightstand, I had 3 small rooms cleaned and my staircase for $202 , I wouldn't suggest them because of how rushed they were.

UPDATE: they came back and did a courtesy cleaning and the guys seemed to be much more thorough , I am satisfied 😊

These Stanley steamer technicians arrived on time prepared to work. Seth was the team leader and Darrel was the other operator. I was very pleased with the work that they did and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very nice guys, they took care of our home fast, cleaned up after they were done. Very professional. Great demeanor. Would highly recommend.

Update: They did come out and fix the issue. They were very nice about it once I was able to get to a manager. Original Post: In the small bathroom there is NO MORE GROUT left? What are you going to do to fix this. I had tile steamed and clear coated but there isnt anything to Clear Coat??? They left my walls a mess.

J showed up ahead of schedule which wasn’t an issue for us and worked out great based on what we had planned for the day. He went above and beyond, which he didn’t have to, and was in and out in no time. This was actually the second time he’s provided service for us and we highly recommend and will use again in the future!

Mark was amazing and did a great job cleaning my carpet. They were on time & very nice. I would highly recommend.

Gene and Ian (hope I have correct spelling) arrived to do 3 bedroom carpets, one of which was heavily soiled due to hubby’s black sneaker soles. They did an awesome job! They were prompt, courteous and thorough. We are repeat a repeat Stanley Steemer customer and we highly recommend their services.

First time using Stanley Steamer Services and certainly won’t be the last. Jean and Robald were hard working and polite addressing my needs and answering questions. My carpets and upholstery look great. So glad I called.

Experienced, knowledgeable, thorough & meticulous the words I would use to describe Mark’s efforts to turn my gray grout back to the way it was when I bought it three years ago. I wish I could show you the before and after, but this is the after, I’m very happy.

The guys cleaned my two leather recliners, love seats and did a wonderful job. They were very professional, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for leather cleaning.
