Robert and Manuel arrived as scheduled and were very professional. We walked through the areas that needed cleaning and the concerns I had over a couple of spots.
We went over pricing and payment, as was given over the phone. Robert explained the process and they got started. They were finished in an hour!! Great job and my carpets looked amazing!!

On November 3 2025 we had our carpet cleaned by Abner and Quin of Stanley Steemer. They did an excellent job. Our carpets look like new to us. They were quick, personable and professional. We would like having them care for our carpets again when it's time to clean them. They were great in keeping us informed about their arrival and were punctual and respective of our property. Were glad to have done business with them.

Called Stanly Steemer to clean my carpeting. They did a beautiful job. My carpeting looks fantastic. They were very pleasant. friendly and they answered all my questions. They came on time and actually phoned to let me know they were on their way. I would definitely recommend Stanly Steemer.

The service team was on time courteous and helpful in explaining options and applying coupons they worked efficiently and soon had our kitchen and family room tile sparkling clean. They removed some ground in grime from the grout from previous owners and made the 20+ year old tile look like new. I will definitely have them back to clean other rooms.

Stanley Steemer did a great job on our carpets and two chairs. Gerard and his partner were very polite and very efficient. We were very happy with everything the dis for us. Would highly recommend them. Price was reasonable.

What would have taken me all day to clean was completed quickly and thoroughly thanks to his expertise. Alex the technician was spectacular. He was courteous, kind, considerate and cares about the customer. We were impressed by his attention to detail and how he treated our home like it was his own. Alex deserves to be promoted and should be a leader within your organization. He has the ability to carry on a conversation with anyone and makes you feel important from start to finish. The professionalism, and communication from the team was refreshing! Their care to make sure the wood floors were not disturbed by the hoses was also appreciated. The carpets look and smell wonderful. They were also prompt upon arrival and explained their process.
I will use them again and see refer all who need carpet care!

Brandon provided professional advice regarding our HVAC system - we had scheduled a vent cleaning, but after some preliminary inspection decided to forego the vent cleaning and consider the HVAC sealant to prevent mold in the plenums that feed the vents. Brandon’s professionalism and transparency will be having us contact Stanley Steemer for future services regardless of the details. The scheduling and service call were quick and effective. This is a quality organization, which is very apparent based on the representatives we interacted with!
