Doug came out at 1:00 AM for us . We had no AC and my husband was very sick in the master bedroom and I was panicking. It turns out it was the Thermostat. He got us up and running in 20 minutes. Shannon AC and Heat LLC is the best HVAC company I’ve ever worked with! They are incredibly honest, respectful, and truly care about their customers. I never write reviews because unfortunately I don't have a positive reason to. Douglas, the owner / operator of SHANNON A/C & HEAT LLC, is an amazing individual and great at what he does. It is rare to have the perfect mix of professionalism, knowledge, and expertise from someone who actually cares. He is as refreshing as the air we now breathe after he fixed our A/C unit. I will only use him going forward and he gets 6 stars!!

Shannon AC is a very TRUSTWORTHY and REPUTABLE company. Mr. Shannon has done work for us on many properties and has never disappointed us. Doug was just at our home today for some work. He is a Good Man and his work is excellent and priced right.

Bought a new condo with a 29 year old AC and needed a new unit. I found Doug Shannon on fb through his wife. They were so responsive and came and replaced it with a great unit for such a great price. He did suck a good job and always was responsive and they charge more than fair ! Above and beyond service.
