Absolutely incredible! Not one of the best, they are THE BEST in the business! We needed a compressor replaced and everything that goes with that and they charged us more than $1000 less than our first quote and $50 less than a family friend quoted us. Doug explained everything he was doing and didn’t complain once about any of it. He even gave us something (I don’t remember the name of it, but it helps the capacitor)for free because it wasn’t in the quote. I just can’t believe the level of customer service and actual work we got for how little we paid. I would never go anywhere else for HVAC work!

Doug and his wife were both amazing. They came to the rescue on 4th of July and were able to replace the piece needed to get our AC running again. Last minute call and they made it happen. Their customer Service was phenomenal and to top it off they are affordable. Praying 🙏 for their business to expand and prosper. We need more companies like this.

In December 2025, I was having trouble with my AC and initially called another company who repaired it, but two days later told me I needed a full replacement at a very high price.

Took about three hrs from phone call to person at my house. I called back after the first hour; so dispatching may be imperfect but response was great after my second call. small diag fee and got all the information I needed to take of the problem myself or get further repair later if I choose.
