Ted is awesome. Very reasonable and will come out 24/7. Ted is the most knowledgeable person around.

Bought AC from This company too. Ted Mann , DO NOT USE. Stopped working shortly after. They recharge it and order part but it never comes in. This keeps happening every time I go to use the vacation home. Now I m stuck.

I have used them twice now. Fair pricing and very friendly service. Jobs were done in a timely fashion and correctly. They have my recommendation and business in the future.

Loved them until I bought a new unit from them a year ago , that needs coolant every three months

AC Mann where a great service. They are extremely honest. They are a small family owned company. They were the only company that would fix it without trying to sell a new unit. We highly recommend this company.

I had a bad capacitor, and the repair was awfully expensive. So out if the kindness out of Ted's heart he gave it to me for half off. I recommend these folks to everyone, great on time service!

They don't show up for appointments.

Paid for a pound of r410. Paid to have a leak test performed. They don't respond to calling them. They again failed to follow up. I am now calling someone else. These folks are NOT reliable.

had appointment 10-12 pm. Told he was backed up & would come at 3:30 and would call first...no call, no show. no call next day, either. no good to me if he doesn't show up. Plenty of other a/c companies who might appreciate my business

Tedd failed the town inspection 3 times and wired ac so poorly the town said I was almost electrocuted. Use to give great service, now he is not reliable and gives you the run around. Look up his business on BBB and see the disputes he has with unhappy customers.

Ted will give you the run around and won't stand behind his work. Had an AC installed in July, it's November and it's still not running right. He subcontracted the job and he and his brother said it was one of the worst install he had ever seen. Instead of fixing the poor install, Ted avoided the work. He came out several times, just looked at it, and always said he would come back to fix it and never did. After a while he stopped answering my calls, and I had to call from other phone numbers just to get another excuse about why he couldn't get out there...I'd wait weeks between visits, he would come there for 5 minutes say "yep, it needs to be fixed. I will be back out tomorrow to get it all taken care of."...and then he would never come back until I called several more times, and we repeated that cycle without ever fixing anything. I am having to contact another company and a lawyer to get the situation corrected. Don't use them!!

We've used Glen for many years to maintain our heater. He does a fine job. He has serviced our rental home heaters too. Plus our church is now using Glen to take care of multiple systems, some of which are old and tricky. We recommend him to any one who needs help with their heaters.
