Adams air conditioning is a five star air conditioning company!!! I just purchased a brand new air conditioner from Adams air conditioning and they gave me a great price, amazing service, and top quality work!!! I would refer anybody including my friends and family to Adams air conditioning when it comes to purchasing new air conditioning units and/or just every day air conditioning service.

Wonderful experience with this company. Professional, reasonable, on time. Treated my mother with respect and did not take advantage of her as a elderly person. Ray was wonderful and would not hesitate to use them. Not all Ac company's are created equal. Quality work at a honest price.

Our AC broke Sunday night, these were the only folks that answered our call and came out within the hour. Outstanding customer service, Darryl was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Very impressed with the quality of the service, price and overall experience.
Highly recommend this company to anyone!!! Thank you again Darryl our dogs certainly appreciate the cool air.

This company is horrible! Have no concept of time. Will give you an appointment time and come whenever they feel like it. Technicians are either not getting paid enough, are not knowledgeable or have other under the table side jobs because they spend a few minutes looking into the AC problem, try to do a quick fix and leave without trouble shooting thoroughly. When you call them about the issue they just keep saying they are doing the best that they can while not caring at all about what you maybe going through. We were without air conditioning for 2 days dealing with this company. I wouldn't even give one star but I had to select something to write a review.

This company has been nothing but a PLEASURE to deal with from day 1. From when they came to do the estimate to the 2 technicians that installed the new unit.. After the estimate was done I had called office to see if there was approval by landlord explained that I was sick there was no hesitation to bring out a portable unit until new unit was installed. When text showed up to install new unit The two gentlemen we're very pleasurable and courteous.I would recommend this company and allow them to do service again. Also Thank you to the courteous and professional customer service.

Some of the WORST service I have ever experienced. The owner has such a superiority complex and no clue what customer service means. Stay away!

Very unprofessional supply house. They force you to try to become there dealer before they will let you get any parts from them. They think their the only supply house in this town. the two guys that run the front counter are pushy. We will keep are business elsewhere.

Was sold a UV light assembly with a warranty period of two years. Was told to pound sand when the light went out in under a year's time.

The parking for a 53' trailer is a little tricky,but they would unload you ahead of your appointment time , just call them. Nice people.

From top to bottom one of the most professional outfits in town. I’m in a jam on a Saturday morning and received nothing but support from Luke and David. These guys always go above and beyond to make sure their contractors can get jobs done. Thank you gentlemen!

Contractor out of county trying to purchase parts in order to get local resident/ friends unit up and running. Your place was closest, however was able to obtain parts just a lil further down the road where I am an account holder and get them back into their comfort zone..
