We had a soft start installed on our AC and plug for our generator.. although they had some trouble getting the correct interlock for our panel they were quick to reorder the correct one and was extremely polite…. easy to get in touch with if you have any questions..

Fabian was courteous and competent. However my appointment was scheduled for 7:30 but he arrived at 8:20. He completed his installations in an hour but I was billed for 2 1/2 hours plus a service fee. I appreciate the need to cover travel time but this seemed excessive.
