Very professional company, knowledgeable technicians, reasonable pricing. My problem was water was getting into the electrical panel only when it rained. A number of other companies had looked at the problem and were unable to solve the problem, Jeff Masters Electric Inc solved my problem.

Ryan and Ray did a wonderful job at my house. Ray install my charging unit for my car and also install the correct circuit breaker. Ryan replaced to of my light fixtures to led. Both Ryan and Ray did a very nice job!

I had an awesome experience with Jeff Master's Electric! They upgraded my old electrical panel, making sure my home could handle all my modern appliances, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and super efficient. They even cleaned up after themselves! They also installed some new outlets and upgraded my old switches. Everything works perfectly, and their pricing was fair too. If you need a great electrician, I highly recommend them!

Hired Jeff Masters electric for a panel replacement and a generator house wiring.
Not an easy install, spoke with Zack numerous times regarding this project over the last few weeks. He visited the project and would always take my call, very informative and knowledgeable. The three technicians arrived as promised, and completed the project in a professional manner. Removed all debris, and finished by days end, again as promised. It’s rare you find a company like this with such a sense of pride and respect for the customer.

Awesome. As advertised. Would definitely recommend. Zach is great! Had them install a 50amp transfer switch for hurricane/storm outages. And a soft start for the AC unit as well.

I've used Jeff Masters Electric three times now and have nothing but good things to say about this company and the electricians that have performed the work. Always professional and knowledgeable. I won't use any other company for my electrical needs.

I needed to have a dimmable light switch replaced. I decided to add a gfic and smoke detector to be replaced to fill up the hour. I had someone meet him as I wasn’t there. The guy shows up and starts asking about things other than I asked for. He insisted a dual detector needed to be used and I said ok. He brought the wrong switch and had to go get another one.
Thank goodness I have a ring camera and have a record of him getting there and leaving. I ended up with a bill for $575. He charged me 2.5 hours when he was only there a total of 1 hour. The mark up on the switch and detector is astronomical. And he didn’t even put in a dual detector after he insisted and I said ok. I immediately called the office and explained the situation. They finally sent a corrected bill, it was still ridiculous but I paid it. I won’t use this company again. I’m so disappointed. I wonder how many customers have been overcharged since they don’t have cameras.

We have used Jeff Masters Electric several times in the past. They have always been available, their electricians arrive on time, are very expert and very helpful, and their prices are very reasonable. They are a pleasure to do business with.

My experience with Jeff Electric was exceptional! The electrician who installed my EcoFlow system generator (Ryan) was very knowledge and personable. He did a really well organized installation of the different components with all the wires well hidden, and cleaned up after completion including sweeping the whole area. I would highly recommend Jeff Electric.

The guys were on time, courteous, did an excellent job, ran the new generator to ensure proper installation and verify it would service the entire home and cleaned up before leaving.
