John did a ton of work for me on my new construction home. His work included under cabinet lights, landscaping lights, whole house surge protection, six ceiling fans, nineteen different LED recessed lights throughout my home, bathroom lighting and more. He is a very personable, knowledgeable, and professional young man who is more than qualified to get the job done for you. If you hire John you will not be disappointed.

Once again, John provided excellent services! He is an honest, direct, and thorough person who places the needs of the customer first. Galaxy Home Services is highly, highly recommended!

Jon Coates is an amazingly skilled electrician. His integrity level surpasses others in our area. In a time of scam and deceit, you can trust John and truly count on his word to complete his work for you professionally and on time. His cleanup abilities were also a wonderful surprise. I am very happy with my new tankless water heater.

I strongly recommend Galaxy home services. My electric went out to my water System so I called Galaxy home services and spoke to John. John realize the seriousness of my issue and said he could be here in about two hours. Well John did better than two hours he was here an hour and a half and only took an hour to figure out my problem was a faulty plug in a series of seven different plugs. John was very polite professional and proficient in his work. If I could rate Galaxy home services on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them an 11. I have worked with John from Galaxy a couple times now. Each time has been a pleasure he completed all of the work we asked his prices were fair and he was on time.

Our first visit was for ceiling fan installation and repair. He not only installed the fan well, he showed us the value of adding a remote plus the phone app as well. Today’s visit was to install outdoor gimbal light fixtures. He installed them quickly, beautifully and cleaned up after himself as well. Plus his prices have always been reasonable.

We are about to remodel a bathroom and we already know that Galaxy will do the electrical work for us, do it well, and provide great quality.

We called John to fix the washer breaker in our home, except it wasn't the breaker. Within two minutes John knew exactly what the problem was. The GFCI outlet across the room was faulty and kept tripping causing the washer outlet not to work. I do believe if we called another electrician, he would have replaced the breaker and all the outlets costing more money. Our home's electrical is 40 years old and we plan to have him back out for a Ten Point Inspection. John has outstanding work ethic and attention to detail. Safety is number one. Beyond horrible!!! He is unprofessional to say the least and acts like a bully. Totally impossible to communicate with. He got annoyed by my questions and threatened to report me for some code violations. I ended up calling 2 other electricians who confirmed that everything was up to par but unfortunately had to finish his job that he claimed was done properly. And he had the audacity to ask for a 5 star review. Shame!

Mr Coates was easy to work with, He kept us updated every step of the way. He was there when he said he would be did the job in a timely manner and set us up to 2027 codes. We will use him again and have already recommended him to others

John was highly professional, competent , pleasant and efficient. He located all the necessary repairs, had all the required parts, and explained the standards (code) that would be satisficed after the work was completed. It's a great company, John's a good guy, and we already have plans to use his services as we implement improvements that we want to make. He is honest, straightforward and affordable and never tried to sell us something that we did not need..

John has done excellent work for me at a very reasonable cost. His knowledge in his trade is evident, and reassuring.

We just had an electrical issue taken care of at our home by Galaxy Home Services. We called John in the afternoon, he agreed to come the next morning, and was not just on time but actually early. It took him less than 45 minutes to diagnose and fix an electrical problem that I had been wrestling with for hours (and I am not unfamiliar with electrical work).

If I could give 100/10 stars I would. Today, John came out to install 6 fans in our home. I’ve never experienced a more kind and professional serviceman. He put our needs first and treated us as if we were family. If you want the job done right with someone who is able to adapt on the spot, then you need John. My husband and I will use no other company but his. This is a true and honest business that deserve recognition. We will be sending him more business and I would highly recommend whoever is reading this to choose him too. You won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend Galaxy home services for all your electrical needs. I have used them multiple time and am extremely satisfied. They are very reasonably priced.They are extremely responsive/timely, honest, and trustworthy.
John is an expert electrician and does a great job. John will always ensure your job meets all code compliance, but he will definitely work with you to find the most reasonable solution. I have used John for simple things like installing new LED ceiling bulbs to large jobs including installation of a generator. I am extremely satisfied with all the work performed. John made time early in the morning to come to my house to change an outdoor light that was destroyed by hurricane Milton. It is nice to know that a local did the job and will be there when I need help in the future.
