John installed my Generac generator a few years ago and has continued to service it. He is responsive, professional, reliable. As an older widow I appreciate being able to rely on him. Today he helped me trouble shoot a problem with the generator so he didn’t have to make a service call, saving me a lot of money. I think most other companies would just want the service call $$.

I met John, the owner of Galaxy Home Services, though multiple neighbors who have used his electrical company in the past. He is honest, knowledgeable, prompt, reachable and just a good guy. John recommended an updated transfer switch for my home and he even searched out cost saving deals for me to purchase a new generator. John works quickly and makes sure the area is spotless when he leaves. Because of John, I am now ready for future power failures. We've just had some electrical work done by this company. The work was done on time and very professionally. The price was fair and as quoted. Anytime we need an electrician we will call on Kennedy. Will also ask for Jimmy because he was very professional and he explained everything he found and repaired. Great experience all in all.

On Call was recommended by my friends (Ted & Wendy Riha), as I had told them I wanted to have a whole house surge suppressor installed. I called today 4/9/24, told them what I wanted and they came out that afternoon and installed a whole house surge suppressor and also a surge suppressor on my AC unit outside. The 2 technicians Orelvis and William were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Called in and spoke with Ashley regarding a breaker switch issue. Within a few hours the electricians arrived and took care of the problem.
