Florida Plumbing Service promptly answered my text message about a leak. It was repaired immediately the following morning. Later, they repiped my entire manufactured home. They were professional, reasonable, and efficient. I recommend this fine company for the area's plumbing needs.

I called some large plumbing companies that advertise 24 hr service and they refused to come out. I found Florida Plumbing Service on Google and they said we will be there in under an hour. Brad was the technician and fixed our leak and found a 2nd leak. Thank You Florida Plumbing Service for actually offering True 24 hr emergency service.
Don't waste your time calling AZTEC & NEXT Plumbing!

Ray's offers good service but there rates are high...$375 to snake House main drain .They use Flat rates vs hourly...total time was 50 minutes I will go with hourly rates from now on..

I called Rays Plumbing explained my situation being a mother of 3 and they gentleman on the phone nice as ever took down my information said he would have one out in 30 mins and he sure did the teach was great explained things to me that I did not know educated me and I was so happy I highly recommend them and will use them again thank you so much

Wow unbelievable. Called because toilet started leaking.(usually i would have fixed it but tough for me to get at)less than a 1/2hour robert showed up.fixed in 20 minutes with upgraded part.great price and best of all great professional service.thank you RAY'S PLUMBING

Called for appointment to get an estimate on plumbing work in my new place and to see about getting tankless hot water per my electrician which said they are the best and not real expensive...Barbara who answered the phone kept asking me what I wanted done exactly and as I kept explaining that is why I needed an estimate because I don't know of anything about plumbing and that I needed help in determining what size of the tankless hot water I needed because I was just going to buy it and have someone install it but I was advised to call them and have them do it so it had a warranty... So she talked to her supervisor and he had said to call someone else in case they have to get an underneath to do any plumbing, and they are too busy... I wanted to use them but unfortunately I guess I won't be able to therefore I won't be able to suggest them to anybody else

I’ve called multiple times today, to be told “Jeff” was on call and would call back shortly. After five calls in to the dispatcher and being told the manager would call back “shortly” no one has called back for over 24 hrs. Unprofessional and a disgrace of customer service. Do not us this company unless you want to get the run around with no call back for two straight days. Would give negative 5 stars if possible.

Phil came right out and fixed our problem so that we wouldn't have to wait til Monday to get our water going. I highly recommend Ray's. We are very happy with the work.

He was efficient, fast did a good job but the charges were way too high for what he did. He was here about 1 1/2 hours charged 600 $ I would not use ur co. Or refer to my friends without telling them how expensive u r Patricia

Joanna, in the office, is very responsive by email & by phone and gave me very clear info how the service would be done at best convenience & cost to me. Everything was done very quickly & professionally & confirmation & receipt were emailed very timely as well. Super happy with the service provided by everyone at Ray’s.

John at Ray’s plumbing did a great job on solving a problem that looked to be much more extensive than it ended being. The former plumbing company that I called did not want to try to fix it and walked away.

The Shower Control (Blending Valve) was hard to operate and then broke. Service Technician Larry replaced the cartridge.

Ray's plumbing has been to my house three times . every time GREAT service. on time, fixed right the first time, and at a fair price. if you are in the Venice , Northport ,Nokomis area they do a great job, left the work area cleaner then when they arrived

This past Monday Pete came to my residence to help with an emergency issue in which our under-slap piping was leaking into the house. Pete was excellent in that he was certainly a professional and expert, clearly explained what the issues and options were, took time to make sure i understood what happened to cause the leak, and made us feel comfortable with steps to remedy the problem. I have to say too that Joanna was a life saver in scheduling for Ray's Plumbing to come to the house for us. It was a stressful time and we appreciate all that you did!
