John, at Ray's Complete Plumbing, came on time and replaced our hot water heater in an hour! He even offered to remove our old water heater when he left. He was beyond professional and did a wonderful job! Except for the new hot water heater, you would never have known he was even here. Thank you John for a job well done! Do not hesitate to use this company for your plumbing needs.

I absolutely recommend Ray’s Plumbing! I have had 2 unrelated plumbing emergencies in the last couple months, and both times John from Ray’s came to the rescue. Whether he was fixing the outdoor leak or dealing with the indoor clog, he was efficient, friendly, and honest. After the first time he came out, I truly was relieved to see him again. During both visits, he worked hard and resolved the plumbing issues. During the first visit, he even found the root of the problem of an outdoor pipe leak to be on another property and went above and beyond in helping me attempt to solve the issue with my neighbor. The second time, he unclogged a pipe causing both my kitchen and bathroom sinks to back up. Each time he was up front with what he was doing, informed me of the solution prior to conducting more work, and definitely worked hard to leave the place in working condition. Additionally, each time I have called they have sent someone out almost immediately to help when others were not willing to address or arrive in a timely manner. I am most grateful to John and the staff at Ray’s for superb service! I will continue to recommend and use them for any plumbing needs!

Jhon from Rays Plumbing came to tell me where the leak was coming from gave me options and said if I bought the faucet he would come back in the same day to install it and that just what he did. He was on time and honest and very friendly. Johann got me in same day and that was a HUGE plus!! I appreciate your service and will recommend you to anyone and use your service in future if needed. Ray’s plumbing installed a garbage disposal for me yesterday. John did an outstanding job and was extremely professional. It was half the price of what was quoted to me by another plumber. I cannot say enough about Ray’s plumbing. They are my plumbing company for now on.

Called to get a problem fix with hot water pressure and they were so fast! Replaced the anode showing me the old one….gross! The technician was polite, clean and efficient. Great service!

My wife was having surgery on Thursday and wanted a bidet on the master bathroom toilet before the surgery. She also insisted there was a leak behind the same toilet. I recently had back surgery myself and didn't think I had the mobility and agility necessary to do both jobs. Since Ray's complete plumbing was nearby, we thought we could call and see about a last-minute installation and repair. We spoke to the receptionist, and he said he could have someone available late in the afternoon and we agreed. John called us back and came just two hours after our phone call. The pricing was very fair and upfront. John was very professional in dress and demeanor and after showing him the toilet and bidet kit, he got right to work. In about one hour he had fixed and installed both items and left his workplace cleaner than he found it. My wife is VERY pleased with John and Ray's Complete Plumbing and we are glad to post this positive review!!!
