I believe a true measure of good character is when someone is willing to help with expecting nothing in return.
I called Alladden Air on a Sunday and even though Dennis was at the hospital with a family member he took the time to walk me through what to do to try to fix my A/C on my own. Turned out to be a $1 fuse that needed changed in the furnace.
I was referred to Alladden Air via Nextdoor and was told what an honest - fair person he was and Dennis exceeded my expectations.

He did an air conditioning check for us. He was right on time, very personable, and our dog loved him. We are seasonal here and wanted to be sure our ac was in good enough shape to last our first summer up north. He thoroughly checked over our unit and gave us advise on what to do and assured us the unit is in good shape. Best money we spent for peace of mind.

They have charged our mini split system at least 4 times. System is still under warranty and he needed to order a part which never arrived. Dennis ghosted us for months now. We called our builder sho informed us that they are no longer in business!

James and his crew are great. They relocated our air handler and put in a new A/C unit and did a thorough job. I have them come back every 6 months for routine cleaning/maintenance as well and always take the time to answer my questions.

They worked with the housing contractors and the process was seamless and hassle free from start to finish. My wife and I are new home owners in Punta Gorda and I needed my HVAC system checked out before closing. James and Wolverine Air were out to my location the very next day and did an amazing job checking out and servicing our system. Highly recommend this Company, James and Jase came on short notice to fix someone else mess up and did not stop until they found and took care of all problems, Jase is very respectful and knowledgeable. This Company was recommended to me a number of co-workers and I was impressed.

Air Docs and Marty are amazing. Our AC stopped working and Marty was there in less than an hour and rectified the situation. He always gives a detailed explanation with photos of the work he or his techs have done. We couldn’t be more satisfied. His office staff is very responsive. What a blessing these people are! After dealing with an illusory warranty for parts and service on our Carrier A/C in Crescent Lakes, Babcock Ranch, we had had enough. For 11 days in January of this year, we were without air conditioning or heat, with the temperature in our house some days in the 30s when we woke up! The compressor on the Carrier A/C had gone bad according to Meritage's A/C contractor Diamond Mechanical Inc. Then we found out from them that they had replaced dozens of Carrier compressors that had gone bad in Crescent Lakes. It was a systemic manufacturing defect.

Then this week, the SECOND Carrier compressor we received went bad, according to Diamond Mechanical Inc. The first night it was 82 degrees in our house. The next day we were told by Meritage and Diamond Mechanical Inc. that it would be at least a week before we could get a replacement for the second compressor. But we had to go to the East coast of Florida for serious medical tests my husband needed and had been waiting 2 and 1/2 months for. In addition, with the temperature in the 80s and 90s we were worried about mold getting into our home while we were gone for a week, and we could not sleep at night in the heat! In addition, we have a son who is disabled from birth and is very heat sensitive. We did not want him to suffer anymore.

So, having determined that a "warranty" on inherently defective equipment is actually useless when the equipment keeps breaking and your house is not inhabitable, we decided to take drastic action.

We had heard from neighbors how impressive and honest Air Docs was, and decided we needed them. They came over and determined that not only did we have a problem with the compressor, but we also had a leak in the refrigerant that resulted in it being almost gone, and that is why our A/C system was making very loud noises. In fact, one of our neighbors had posted on Facebook about the noise because they didn't know which house it was coming from. No one, until this time, had told us that.

We hired Air Docs to take out the Carrier A/C and put in a whole new A/C system, inside and out. It was expensive, but it was worth it to know that if we leave to go out of town, we don't have to worry about our house being full of mold when we get back because defective A/C equipment keeps getting installed in our house under an illusory warranty.
