I couldn’t be more impressed with this AC company! From the moment I called, their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my unit and explained everything in a way I could understand—no pressure, just honest and transparent service.

The technician arrived on time, was respectful of my home, and worked efficiently to get everything running perfectly again. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also gave me helpful tips on how to maintain my system and avoid future issues.

Tyler did a great job doing the maintenance. He even wrote a step-by-step instruction and posted it on the unit on how to properly maintain the drain line.

We woke up this morning to a flood upstairs coming from our AC closet that spread to both bedrooms on either side.
Marty is away but answered the emergency line on the first ring and had Manny out to help us right away. Manny was so thorough and explained that there are two sensors in place to prevent this from happening - one in the pipe and one on the floor in the pan. But, our AC unit was not wired properly so they did not trigger to shut off the unit and the water spread.
I have never used this company before today and from our first “hello” and everything that’s followed, we were treated like valued customers. 🙏🏻
I’m not one to post on here but a company like theirs deserves a shout out. And, I would hate for this to happen to someone else. Learn from my mistake (and Pulte’s) 🙃) and consider getting your AC serviced. I can’t recommend Air Docs enough.

A mini split coil in the garage developed a pinhole leak. A replacement coil would have taken 2+ weeks to obtain so I opted to replace the whole unit. Marty arranged for next day installation and did the work himself. My antique Jaguar can now tolerate the hot Florida weather. Highly recommend Air Docs and Marty’s whole team

I had an emergency with my air conditioning very late one evening, and they called me first thing the next morning. They arrived on time, inspected the unit, and repaired it right away. Tyler McDaniel explained each step of the process. The service was excellent—very professional. I highly recommend them.

Couldn't have asked for a better service person. Tyler was great! He explained everything in detail which is what we like. Very polite, trustworthy, honest, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Loves animals.
