I was without ac for 2-3 days, tried troubleshooting myself because I didn’t wanna pay lots of money to have someone come out. After doing my research I came across family first, and believe it from me they really do put “family first” they are super welcoming, and the pricing isn’t outrageous! Lannis came out within an hour of me calling, and was in and out the door! This is a truly exceptional company, and I am pleased to know I can call them when in need!

I came home from work to no AC. I called at 6:30 pm and Lannis was at my my house within the hour. He clearly explained that he would be happy to fix it or replace it and gave me more than fair quotes for each (my unit was over 15 years old, so I chose to replace it). By noon the next day I had my new unit fully installed and functional. I highly recommend Family First!

Absolutely, "professional" l had 3 bids on a new A/C system ( mine was completely failing). I would highly recommend to you Family First heating and cooling. Absolutely, no "pressure" to make a sell. The two others wanted us to sign a contract before they even left our home. Get 3 bids you will see. Open and honest of what we needed for our home.

Our air conditioning went out Labor Day weekend. They came our Sunday morning and we needed a new system they got us some Freon to get us going until Tuesday to keep us cool. Arrived promptly Tuesday morning and installed our new system. Cleaned up and has us back in cool air in a few hours. Great customer service would highly recommend Thai company.

10 stars!! Such a positive & successful experience with Family First Cooling. I traveled from out of state to our new house in Punta Gorda with my two big dogs. Upon arrival the AC was broken and the house was 95 degrees! We called at 9pm and Lanis came out within 30 minutes to assess! The unit was extremely old and needed to be replaced. The team was here the very next morning and everything was replaced and working before Noon. I'm so grateful for how quickly they worked bc I could not have stayed here in the heat with my dogs. Lanis has been available throughout the process to answer all of my questions. They really do make you feel like family by making the work a priority. I wish they did more than HVAC bc I'd ask them to work on any issues I have in this house! Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic ! Couldn’t get my house below 80 degrees. Called them and they were there in 2 hours. Diagnosed the problem. Said I needed new ductwork. Came out next morning. First they fixed my vapor barrier at no charge. Then installed the new ductwork. Old ductwork was soaking wet. Now I’m nice and cool. Then he serviced the AC at no charge. Then Chris came out to my house twice to help me with my thermostat at no charge. Had 2 other companies try and work with me in the past. They were no good. These guys are the best.

Everything from calling Saturday morning and getting in touch with Lannis to install was nothing but perfection. Lannis came out to house on Saturday morning and diagnosed problem and gave me a quote for repair or replacement. Left the decision up to me, I chose AC and Air handler replacement. Lannis, Chris and Danny showed up on time Monday morning they completed the job with perfection. They are the go to AC company in my opinion, hands down the best.

I’m an elderly woman and sometimes people take advantage of me. My air conditioner wasn’t working. I wasn’t cool enough. A friend said I should call Family First Air Conditioning. They came out the morning I called and Chris and Danny fixed everything. Now I’m happy and cool. My friend said don’t trust anybody else. I guess some people still respect the older generation.

Called family first on a recommendation from a friend. My wife and I both have multiple sclerosis and we are very heat-sensitive with our condition. When our air went out at 6 on a Sunday, Chris was there within 15 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation , acquired the part and had us up and running in 45 minutes. What an amazing turnaround ! Great company to work with. The work was completed earlier than expected (a welcomed surprise!).
I’m a quality inspector so I’m picky and Chris and Danny performed the work in a clean and professional manner.
Maintenance is included in the first year and they have a reasonable service fee per year after that - which I will be purchasing. Highly recommend!

We had Chris come out on an emergency call after coming back to the house on July 3rd to the AC not running and 20 people coming over the next day for a party!! Within 45 minutes he was in our attic noting the overflow was clogged….a short time later we were back up and running!!! Great service for sure!!! That day my hero carried a pink air tank!!!

I’ve had about four people look at my air-conditioning and couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it and family first Air came to check it out and was able to diagnose it and figure out what the issue was.
