Very professional. Owner actually came out to give free estimate! Fair pricing! Great communication and timely. Additionally, it’s a Trane AC system.

The answering service reported my problem to the office and gave me options. I didn’t realize the after hours charge was the same as next day .
The office staff called early the next morning and were great to schedule my repair.
Thomas communicated his timely arrival. He answered all my questions , let me tag along to learn and was efficient in getting my unit working.
I’m also Glad I’m on a biannual maintenance program with them .

Executive does a great job every time. The technician was professional and did a thorough job. He showed me the test results and explained everything. After the service call I was walking my two dogs and they got excited about a dog across the road and in the chaos I dropped a leash and our little one ran across the road in the path of a truck. I was sure he would be hit but the driver stopped in the nick of time. Turns out it was the technician from Executive after another service call! The young man was driving responsibly and had the awareness and fast reflexes to stop in time. Five stars are not enough!

Prompt professional service every time! I've had a couple problems with my unit and each time they have shown up quickly, on time, and took care of the issues. They've taken the time to explain and have been very courteous and respectful. Strongly recommend!

The technician came at the time I was told he would be here for my scheduled 6-month maintenance. He was very knowledgeable. He checked everything out thoroughly and made sure everything was running correctly before he left.

Tom arrived promptly and professionally and we ordered a top quality Trane AC. The removal of our old AC unit and instillation of our new unit was done efficiently in one day. We can’t believe how well our new AC is working. We highly recommend Executive!

Just want to give a shout out to Thomas that works for your company. He was here this morning for our 6 month cleaning and he did an excellent job! It was the best cleaning and inspection we have ever had from your company.

We proudly have the first Trane XV20i A/C system in Charlotte County in March 2014. This system is very efficient, and imediately saved us over 30% in electric costs. This weekend, the system was not operating correctly and then stopped. We called for service late Saturday night, and Thomas called. He was on another service, so I told him to come in the morning and get some rest before coming out. Thomas arrived and calmly stated he will check the system out, since there wasn't any error codes. I was busy convincing myself that this will big a big issue. A very short time later, Thomas came in and said, "All is good now." Thomas explained what caused the issue, and why is was a little confusing to me. (I had a little input to the problem when I put a "downspout concrete drainway under the drain pipe) He cleaned out the drain pipe, adjusted the slope, and all is good because the system can drain at the needed rate of draining. Another good news was the callout cost was reduced because we have a service contract!!! We have that since the system was brand new, and still runs like brand new. Sorry for the long comment, but happiness should be spread around. HP Wachter

Executive Heating & Cooling put in our new system in 2018 & have used them since. Thomas the technician that was her this week was courteous & took the time to explain everything he was going to do. Would highly recommend this business.

Executive Air installed the unit in my brand-new home, which we moved into in February 2024. On October 1, 2024, I contacted them to report that the unit was not cooling the property adequately. After a conversation with Jared Air, I realized it shouldn’t take four hours to lower the temperature from 74 to 70 degrees, which indicated something was wrong. Jared Air offered to do a full inspection for $75, so I decided to call the original installer, assuming the issue would be covered under warranty.

However, Executive Air informed me that their labor was not under warranty and that the unit was installed in September 2023. I was told a service call would cost $120. When I mentioned Jared Air’s offer, Executive Air refused to match it. It seemed as if they knew something wasn’t done correctly during installation because they suggested that I could have any company inspect it and handle any warranty issues through the manufacturer.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Executive Air's dismissive attitude and lack of customer service, especially given that this is a brand-new home and unit. Their response was unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company. I am 100% dissatisfied with how they handled my concerns.

Executive is great. Scheduling was easy, they ensure you get your biannual maintenance done. Justin, our technician, was super nice. Checked on everything for us. Communicated well. Overall, we’re extremely happy with Executive — very happy we chose them for our new AC unit a few years back!

We had our duct work replaced by Tyler and James from executive cooling and they did a wonderful job. They were timely, neat and replaced our rat guards. The reason I use them. When I call with a problem they always come out and fix it as soon as they can.

Had a problem with connection of my thermostat to the internet. Thomas did a great job working the problem with Trane tech support (which was difficult actually difficult getting to speak to a human, but finally got through.) Once there..we got the problem fixed. Great job, Thomas!

I called on cusp of Milton as we had power but our AC shut down, the service contacted a tech and he called me. He walked me thru the steps I needed to take and I was able to get the AC back on. Since this was not an emergency I told them they did not need to come right out after the storm, they came today and fixed the issue. We are on their annual service plan, so we did not get charged for a service call. Great company that has great people working for them!!!
