Please consider hiring Tom Haas and his remarkable crew! Our outcome was outstanding! Due to age and low quality builder duct work, Our home was not cool or consistant. Hard to sleep due to hot bedroom and my office was freezing. Tom Hass devised a plan for more returns and larger ducts that has worked out great! Now comes the good part- He brought the A-Team! Alonzo, Billy James and Tyler arrived at 8AM- out with the old- and in with the new! Built new plenum and divider boxes all sized correctly. They worked unitl 10PM! and would not leave until we were up and running and had a cool home! Their attention to detail and even perfection was amazing! Shout out to Janice who got the permits in place and coordinated the work! What a great team you have Tom! Hire these folks! You will not be dissapointed! Greg and Linda- Seminole lakes

I recently purchased a home in Port Charlotte and unfortunately, the compressor failed. I contacted the original installation company which I was not impressed with and offered no options other than to replace the system. Executive sent the owner to follow up from the initial service call and gave me options to replace the compressor and also multiple options for a new system. Since the current system was 8 years old, I opted to do a system changeout which came with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Executive was very reasonably priced in comparison to the original installer's extremely overinflated and ridiculous price. The old system was removed, and the new system was installed the very next day. I am extremely pleased with the efficiency, professionalism and quality of work from the owner and the installation team.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My service man Daniel R was excellent in every way, and he got the AC running.

Service First has been great! We’ve been with them for almost 2 years now. Started when we arrived in the summer of 2023 on a Sunday evening to our AC not working and our old company had no one on call. Service First came right out and fixed the problem and only charged me the normal rate for a Sunday emergency service. We’ve been with them ever since.

Gary comes out twice a year and does a great job servicing our unit. He’s friendly and never tries to upsell anything. I request Gary every time now and enjoying talking to him each visit. He shares with me things to do in the area.

I’m glad we can count on Service First for our AC needs. We’ve had lots of trouble with contractors and businesses since purchasing our condo in Florida. With Service First we have no worries and know we can trust them to take care of our AC needs!

I'm extremely happy that I reached out to service first heating and air conditioning when I had a problem with my pool heater. Given the age of my pool heater we decided the best approach would be to install a new one. And the new one is great and it came with a great price. The whole team from Brandy Dan the technician and the two gentlemen that came out and installed were very professional. They're really easy to work with when they give you options. I'm even signing up for their air conditioning maintenance agreement that was so happy with them. I plan to use them going forward for sure for future work. Thank you so much service first
